I've just ditched 2 in the past 6 weeks to get under 10.
interval training & low carb (you dont need energy food if you have some stored already!).I can't add up.0 -
I don't think that's particularly heavy for your height tbh, it's slap bang in the healthy region I think? If it's your body your unhappy with Id exercise to sort it. Calories are neither unhealthy or healthy, they are just calories, and burning them takes a surprising amount of exercise (which often makes people eat more). Most of the calories consumed are used to keep the body going, not to provide energy for exercise.
Just eat fewer calories. Don't get bogged down with carbs/proteins/sugar/etc food groups, it just leads to failure.
After 10 years I switched from "food group" monitoring to calorie watching and gained 2st. Food groups exist for a reason. They provide different things for the body.

If you put on 2 stone whilst watching calories, you've eaten too many, simple.
Calories are a scientific measure of the energy contained in a food, calories = energy.Don't you dare criticise what you cannot understand0 -

You need to acquaint yourself with a bit more modern science.
Protein calories don't raise blood sugar, causing a crash later on and hunger pangs.
Cut down on cheese and other proteins in favour of carbs and you won't lose weight effectively. It's the wrong kind of energy.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
