Awww, thank you! It is very tiny steps but it has to be because I can't risk psychosis through anxiety. I am having far more fun than I have had literally in years, and being supported by everyone here is a huge part of why I can do it. It was so much harder when I was almost completely isolated with my bad thoughts going around my head and no one to share them with. Being able to talk about how I feel and knowing I have friends who care about me makes everything easier.

Before I got to know everyone here I really only had my psychiatrist to be honest with. I can be honest with my american friend but she has had a similar past in some ways and I can trigger her and then she hurts, too. My teacher friend is very hard to share things with because he panics and gets very upset for me which makes me feel terrible. WaSp gets angry on my behalf (and I am terrible with anger) and ends up asking me with frustration how he can fix it, which of course he can't. It is all of you that have made the difference.

Here here! And it is wonderful feeling that the thread might have helped a bit. It's soooo lovely to see you progress, WaS! - and to feel all the kindness from everyone here supporting each other :D xxxxx

Aw, what a lovely thing to say, Pyxis. What I have done for others here is minor compared to what everyone has done for me. When I am out if I get scared I actually think it's ok, I can post about it and tell everyone when I am home again. Even when I am not posting here I think of you all and know that you will all be there for me and it's a huge comfort.

Thank you JM! The support on this thread is invaluable to me and it really is helping me try new things. I always know I won't be judged when I talk about it later and everyone will be kind. It is a little like carrying everyone in my pocket wherever I go!

I shall be sure to clean the fluff out of my pockets regularly so you don't all suffocate. I apologise in advance for any random sticky sweets you may find in there.
