Don't worry HBS.....deep breath, make a cup of tea?
Put on some music you find uplifting, take a walk round the garden and look at the buds, 5 minutes to just stand and stare.

  • Thanks Pyxis. I've been having a bit of a rubbish time recently *sigh*

Am going to go and have a nice tea break as I'm at work. Hopefully will be able to catch the last of the sun in the garden when I finish :)

That annoying moment when you spend all afternoon cleaning the house then discover you have ants in your front room....
  • I have days like that, whitewing. I used to think that my default position was to think of suicide everytime something went wrong. Now I see it the same as my intrusive thoughts, I am not about to do it, my brain just floods me with unpleasant thoughts when I feel upset. They can be anything as long as it makes me unhappy.

Melly, do take care of yourself. Perhaps you might need another doctor's visit?

Hugs, HBS. I am sorry something triggered you. I think when we are feeling low anyway that we get triggered far more easily than normal.

Tea, I am glad it isn't me with the ants. I am very fond of them and won't kill them. This meant that when we had them in the kitchen I had many jam jar lids full of jam dotted around the place. I would catch the ants then take them outside to freedom. I drove myself mad trying to save them all!

    Ps-still want a Leafeon.

Ugh, no matter how much I clean my house, it never seems to get any tidier.

Neurologist appointment went well. New drug to try which also treats bipolar and an MRI. I am exhausted now.

Glad your appt went well code, hope you're now getting some rest x
  • I hope the new medication works, code and you are fast asleep right now.

I didn't forget my monthly trip out! I am going to learn how to handle Birds of Prey! I get to fly a hawk, falcon and owl and to feed them. The farm has agreed to let me go an hour before they open so it will be an early one. I am just waiting to be given the final date, I am excited!

Ooh! WaS! That's lovely! You really will enjoy that!
I booked myself an 'experience' with a raptor centre for one of my 'big' birthdays, and it was a fabulous experience! I helped to fly the birds during one of the public demos of the day!
Another highlight was getting really close to a Golden Eagle. We weren't allowed to touch it, but I was right next to it! Beautiful!

    You'll love it! :)
