I do like the auburn, but I feel more 'me' with dark hair. My eyebrows are dark and I feel it matches better!

    waves to Pyxis - enjoy!!

V quick update as shattered. Probable ME/CFS, info going back to GP. Some more bloods taken. Slight progress at least. I overheated on the drive back and now feel nausous, swollen and dizzy. But i got some plants from my mum so am happy about that :)

Lots of hugs to all :)

You poor lamb. :(. Take care.

Today I have had such a full day of emotions. My yoga class, which is becoming really central to my progress ATM, I laughed, cried, swore and rejoiced and sweated like a pig. At the end, exhausted, I made a second hop to my feet. But was yawning uncontrollably. I've gone from not being able to bend over without losing my vision and passing out, to feeling exhausted but wanting more.

    aww!

Urgh. I now know why I don't read that often. Talking to a friend last week about something (just nonsense really) and he ended up recommending a few books. I've tried and failed to sit and read them. Just can't seem to concentrate atm. I think it's a mix of medication and probably the stuff with my cousin's baby. (he's very poorly again)

LIR - thanks pet, I've picked up a lil bit a gentle night for me. Your yoga class sounds wonderful, did you get gold lycra in the end?

Melly - he's gorgeous! Hope you both get lots of cuddles

No, I am still wearing my trousers that fall down :o. I have become quite shameless. My yoga teacher seems not to bothered and so I feel less bothered. I'm amazed I teared up today too. Not like me in public.

While we practise we talk about stuff a bit and I told him some stuff that was not very deep but still triggered the emotions ( about buying a bra this week of all things ) and then we laughed about it. Because its not just 'exercise' yoga, these sort of emotions, in our one to ones, are ok.

I still need better clothes for classes though, because my aim is to be physically strong enough to join a class an go at least twice a week.....maybe more. :D

Thanks. :) Baby has chronic lung disease. He's just got over a chest infection and is now back in hospital. :( I was hoping to meet them when I was in London next weekend. Don't think it'll happen now.
