Of everyone to beat me at pool last night (ok, everyone who played me, beat me!) I got beat by a guy who has less vision than I do. He then refused to play darts with me. The last time I attempted to play darts, I managed to miss the board...

I've got a series of records which I'm burning onto CDs so I can rip them onto my computer's hard drive.

    It's taking longer than expected.

Currently playing "All the Fun of the Fairground IN STEREO. Irvin's 89 Key Marenghi"

I've got the next 9 nights off and I'm planning to pack as much as I can into the days.

    First off - Laundry.

At some stage I'm going to have to dig over the kitty litter tray I call a back yard.

Seriously, what is it about cats and freshly dug over earth?
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

For anyone who needs a little cheer up.

    Who knew numbats existed?

Just when you thought Australia couldn't produce any more weirdly cute critters.

I can't play pool. Think can't even hold the cue properly. I'm also terrible at darts.

I can cook and teach fitness, pants at just about everything else.

Ive yet to find anywhere in the resorts that I go to in Majorca that have free wifi, even the pubs that say they have, haven't. Im with EE now so I can phone home at no extra cost, much as I enjoy my own company I like to chat with my mum and of course see that the cats are ok, which they are, they are fine, my mum comes down every day and feeds them.

When she went to Italy to see a mate a few years ago my brother was at hers feeding them and he said the texts he got from my mum went something like, hows the cats, hows the cats, hows the cats, hows the cats, followed by, how are you!!!

Least she remembered in the end. Anyway, hopefully my earlier in the week PT drama has been solved, replaced by another, someone who simply didn't turn up yesterday, after a lot of texts and a free consultation, just didn't show up for the first session. I was teaching a class in the studio at night so really wasn't worth my while going home, gave it a clean, so rather than get worked up or upset about it as I might do, I made the decision that if someone is paying as they go and not block booking, from now on they pay me a week in advance. I dont live in an affluent area, folks don't have much spare cash, I give a very good rate and I discount it again if folks train in twos and if folks do my classes, but I draw the line at folk messing me around. When I spoke to my brother he was quite shocked and hes been PT'ing for a good couple of years now, he couldn't believe that someone didn't even text me to say they weren't going.

The folk I spoke about earlier in the week even though there's been faffing around with times, they always pay me, just that in the last week, Ive had my time royally wasted twice by people who clearly had no intention of doing anything.

Still, onwards and upwards, still haven't booked somewhere to go overnight and it will probably be a week or two before I can afford to, but I will do it, its 6 weeks tomorrow until I go to Majorca and I am so looking forward to it.

Today my mum and I had a lunch out (Indian) that was a fiver each, definitely wasn't Paleo but I rarely go off the Paleo diet so I figured some rice, naan, pakora and more than one pudding really wouldn't hurt!!!

Finally got round to getting my hair cut. It was long overdue. Got about 5-6" off, could have stuffed a cushion with all that was on the floor! Next thing to do is to dye it, I much prefer it dark brown/black than my normal auburn. I've found a dye that I've had in for over a year but can't find a use by date on it. Does anyone know how long they last for?

Settling down to watch Supervet with some Walkers Balsamic and Peach Cider!
