LIR - only a short reply as I'm energy crashes atm too. I do find mental activity to be almost as tiring as physical atm.
I've found having the radio on helps give my brain something to focus without having to think too much. A very simple craft project, the kind you could do in your sleep normally is quite handy too. Kindof let's me zone out a bit
