Messed up - are you setting an alarm so you don't forget your medication? I need to start doing this too. Whilst I remember morning meds, (it's breakfast, medss, teeth, get dressed) I never remember evening ones.

Yeah the calories out part seems to add up a lot less slowly than the calories in! :rotfl:
    !

I'm totally not up to speed with this calorie lark! I thought 7 1/2-8 miles would give me loads more calories to play with!

Nah, seasonal food has less calories as a gift for the holiday. Hence an easter egg or chocolate bunny has fewer calories than a bar of chocolate and chocolate is from cocoa which is a bean, so one of your 5 a day.

in that case I'm meeting my 5 a day target at the moment then! :D btw, I'm totally sympathising with you on the stiffness front.

Hey lovelies, sorry I haven't been around for a while, I have been both sad and poorly (STILL!!).

Hope you all had a lovely relaxing Easter, I spent a lot of it asleep with a fever :(

I think a 7-8 mile walk would give you more calories than that. I wear a garmin and I walked just over 8 miles yesterday and the estimated calorie burn according to that was around 1300, it will depend on someone's height and weight though.

I am at home with just DH and DD (in other rooms). I just went online and purchased my first ever -ahem- toy.

So why do I feel so dreadfully embarassed? And why did I try and rush it through on 1-click ordering as though that would be less embarrassing?

(I may delete this post. I have such a hang up about my body image that I fear 'someone' will tell me that I am too ugly to need one - ridiculous, I know).

Don't be embarrassed whitewing. I remember when we went on honeymoon my mil came around and cleaned our house, including the bedroom. When we came back there was a pile of stuff, like paperwork next to 'that' drawer (and I have way more than one), so it was obvious she'd been in there.

Ow. My abs hurt when I cough, or laugh or move. I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill and I'm sure everyone in there was laughing at me*

    * this may have been because I accidentally lifted leggings 2 sizes too small so you could see my white pants shining through.

Oh gosh! I never even thought of that! I am still red-faced actually. I have no idea why I am so prudish about it. I've done other things that I know some people won't do.

code - I have twice (twice! because once wasn't embarrassing enough) fallen off the back off a moving treadmill. In that comedy falling style you think must only happen in films.
