It's amazing LSF, the light comes on gradually before the alarm goes off. Stops that horrible moment where you're jolted awake and it's still pitch black.
This one was great. Had 8 different light colours, radio, 9 different alarm sounds. Could set the light to come on from 5 to 30 mins before alarm. 18 levels of light intensity. Could use as a timed night light....not bad for £24 from aldi lol. Suppose I should be grateful I got a couple of years use from it.
That sounds pretty nifty - might have to look into them.
Hope your able to find a replacement.
What came first, the music or the misery?
Did I listen to pop music because I was miserable? Or was I miserable because I listened to pop music?0 -

).
I neglected to mention i had a panic attack at work earlier and my manager sent me home. She told me my head wasn't in the right place and to take some time to sort stuff out, and then she hugged me, and like an idiot i was crying and apologizing but she just told me to look after myself and that it was ok. I seriously cannot say how understanding work are. She told me to take her number and if i ever needed to talk she was there. I think i ended up crying at the kindness.

More often than not at the moment
Nice to have someone like that who understands what's going on & is willing to step in when needed. Wish there were more people in the world like that. What came first, the music or the misery?

Awwww, MU, what a lovely manager. So glad to hear there are some decent employers out there - I tend to get very cynical about how horrible employers are cos all I hear are horror stories on the employment forum!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

The thing is my MIL is not nice is demanding etc. What I find worrying about something she said which was not to say anything about the sick and commode because they were helping her that's not my MIL0

I also have days where total gibberish seems to come out of my mouth, I know what I want to say, plan it all out in my head but when I open my mouth, it comes out in a jumbled mess.
It's only recently started though and I put it down to my pain meds. The using long words has always been a feature of mine, youngest does it too.
Middle son is always forgetting the words for things, the funniest one was when he couldn't remember the words door or window...he was trying to describe what he meant but then couldn't remember those words either (he has damage to his brain from lack of oxygen during delivery which has caused horrendous short term memory problems...on top of Aspergers and lots of other things). We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Well! Surprise, surprise! When I went out at 6.00 to feed next door's cat, it had snowed! And not even forecast! Only a half-hearted dusting, but I hope it goes away, because I have a busy day today and this evening. I hope the snow on the car melts by 9.30 as I loathe scraping snow and ice off the car!(I just lurve spiders!)
