A black velvet jacket would look amazing with that dress, I'd go for a vintage brooch and hair clips, rather than a fussy fascinator. Pale nude tights and black heels too.

I know someone who had some of their wedding photos photoshopped - everyone's eyes went immediately to the unsuitably-clothed guest when the photos were shown around.
