Have a fantastic trio to Borneo, tootallulah, give my love to the orang-utans!Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

Hope your Borneo trip is wonderful tootallulah!
I lost another 3lbs this week, the walking is really paying off.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

I gained 3.5lbs this week! I'm still very happy with an overall loss for the summer so far, though. I need to get the calories down - although I'm being really good on some days, on others I'm going mad so I need to get a balance somehow.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

I can relate jpscloud, in the last 2 weeks I've gained 3lbs back - the first week (2lbs) I could understand, but last week I was on track and it had me throwing my hands up in despair!
I've decided I'm better having just 1 day of using up my weekly extra points, rather than spreading it out over the whole week as I think I underestimate!
Hoping to have lost something this week or I don't know what I'll do! Frustrating innit, this weight loss malarkey? :mad:Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

It definitely is! I thought I would lose loads with all the extra walking, and to be honest I'm surprised the exercise didn't offset the bad days for me as I'd expected. Just can't get away with anything now!I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

It does get harder jps! I am having to look at what bad habits i have allowed to sneak in. I haven't had access to scales for 2 weeks so am not sure what damage I've done in Morocco but will find out at the weekend!
You are doing really well to have lost some over the summer holidays even if some weeks you gain some.
Enjoy the last weejs of the hols0 -
Hi All reading in my hotel bedroom in Kuala Lumpur, flying home tomorrow. Have lived the very good life over here so expect to have gained. back on it with a vengeance on Saturday, I don't think I could have managed this holiday at the old weight I have struggled occasionally at this weight. BUT I am certainly thinner, the aircraft seatbelt fitted no problems! Borneo is a beautiful, peaceful and amazing place the orangutans are worth all the journeying, jungle walking and mozzie bites. It has also been lovely to have two days of 5 star luxury here in KL.0

How lovely tootallulah, so glad you had a great time there. Seatbelts fitting is one of life's great pleasures for me now, I get a thrill every time!
I'm doing okay this week but could do better. I am struggling tonight and would like to eat my way through the kitchen.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Hope you had a safe journey home tootallulah, would love to experience Borneo
Jps, can you decide on what you are going to have when you are in that sort of mood and just have that? Or is it all or nothing?0 -
I came back business class it was blooming marvellous. 22 hours door to door and arrived home at 9.30 last night, had a shower and fell straight to sleep. I woke up early this morning and had a walk around my beautiful garden, in the cool weather. Everything looks lovely, tons of tomatoes and runner beans.
The down side is that I have gained 5lbs - oh well it really was worth it. So I weighed in this morning, got in the first lot of washing and now I am planning my food for the week and as soon as it gets to 8.30 I will get off to the market and get my fruit and veg.
18 weeks until the end of the year guys.............................looks like I will still be here in 2016 and I will be as I am not giving up, 34 lbs made a real difference on holiday imagine what 100 lbs will be like.
Loved my holiday and very glad to be home too - life is sweet.0
