Lose 100 lbs in 2015

Evening all!!
I haven't gone anywhere, just not much to report at the moment. I'm still doing WW pro points, still going to meetings and I don't feel I'm doing anything wrong but the scales aren't reflecting that and I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau. I keep yo-yoing the same 2lbs and need to break through the 4st barrier and beyond. Finding it very frustrating as I wanted to have lost 5st by the end of year 1 on 7th January. Also we have a new leader and it's getting used to a different style of meeting and rapport.Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

Hi CWR, I've been doing the yo-yo thing as well. Lost 3lbs this week though, after three no-overeating days and some extra walking at the weekend.
Our group consultant has changed a few times since I joined. I don't stay to group though, just weigh, have a quick chat and go. I still go though, I need to attend and weigh or I'll delude myself - I need to be a bit more MSE about it now and get to target!I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Afternoon all, apologies for my absence all I can say of the last eight weeks is that the Lord no-one has died. It has been a bit tough and anxiety making but things see to be an even keel now and I am back.
I have now lost 61lbs and am in clothing where the size starts with a 1 now I am going to get some new clothes in the sales and enjoy it a bit.
My house is now officially a tip but I havr been living at my Mums for a while and it is good to be home. OK jps and CWR, what's occuring?0 -
Sorry tootallulah, I didn't see this till I looked for the thread! I've been absent as well, problems with health, but hopefully getting sorted now.
I'm so glad things are more settled for you now, and it's fantastic to have lost 61lbs, that's such an achievement!
Well, I think my target will have to be 40lbs in 2015, instead of 100, but I'll be very pleased with that anyway.
Now, I could stand to lose the other 60 next year... we'll see! Will you do the honours with starting the thread in January, tootallulah?
Hope all you others are doing okay too! xxI believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.
