Hi All lost a lb this week. I am sorry for the lack of posts I am working in London 2 days a week until Christmas and I am much busier than I am recently used to, it is very enjoyable work so no complaints there. I have gone to my first WW meeting and have managed to swim twice and often four times a week so I feel much better but the weight is only coming down slowly.0

How's everyone doing?
Office based mainly until Jan so throwing myself back into it. Stocked up ready for low carb. Had gained a wacking 10 at last weigh in but also had hormonal influence. Lost 5lb of it so total loss at 1st 3lb.
Grated a couple of cauli in the food processer and added to freezer. Did the cauli rice yesterday. Yum yum; thanks CWR.

Also just to share: my boiler blew up, my freezer door is held closed by a chair, the gas board have cut off my gas as the Victorian gas piping is dangerous, my neighbours had a tree removed part of which fell on my greenhouse breaking 6 windows, phew why does this stuff all go wrong at the same time? Not dealing with any of it at present but hopefully at least the gas issue will be resolved this week and the neighbours will sort out the greenhouse.0

Morning T
Sorry to hear about the bad Karma. Glad that at least some of it on the road to getting sorted. Unfortunate as it is lets hope it means you are due lots of better fortune later.
Ive stuck to low carb again this week. Chicken breast marinated in spices and oil and then a big lump of boursin thrown in. Lush. Salmon and roasted med veg laters for me. Drinking pints and pints of water, sure that's the key to loss on low carb.

Hi all, hope things have settled down a bit for you Tootallulah - what a time you're having.
I've been having a bit of a rubbish time with motivation, and didn't feel like posting much, apologies for absence.
I'm getting back into it this week, I hope. I really must!
Good luck all xxI believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Ok, second day of not overeating. I had about 1500 calories yesterday and about 1650 today. I feel full and not worried about eating anything else tonight, and this is the first time in ages I've managed two days in a row without overeating.
Hang in there HH we can do this!I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.
