Weight lost is a difficult journey. It is not something you do once and then forget about it. You have to make a change of lifestyle. To persevere means victory!
Good luck!0 -
Evening lovely streamlining ladies (and any gents on here!)
Glad you had a wonderful holiday tootallulah.
Well after slow progress for what seems like forever I've had 2 good weeks and lost 2lb and 3lb. I'm in touching distance of 50lbs - maybe next week!! Am so keen to be out of this stone bracket and into the next one down.Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame
Love is a losing game0 -
The next stone down is such a grwat feeling CWR
fingers crossed for next week!
Great losses jps, cwr.
Izadora, I need to start again now I'm back in the UK, like jps I'm having this week off too then I'm going to try being pretty strict paleo/primal through September and see how I go. 30 or so pounds to lose. Will be weighed on Friday and find out what damage ive done over the last 3 weeks!
Enjoy your time off and good luck for the next month0 -
Wow CWR you are smashing it, that is brilliant. Hiy oldest gnome good luck at the weigh in.
I have a friend arriving tonight for three nights so whilst not going mad I will have to be a bit hostessy. I am going back to WW starting next week. Did a sneaky weigh in this morning and have lost 1.5 lbs let's hope that is still true at the end of the week.

Thank you and it was good advice. I'm normally rubbish at starting a diet on any day other than a Monday but it being the first of a month and after a bank holiday seems to have tricked me into thinking it's a good time to get back to it.
Weighing myself yesterday was a bit of a shock but hopefully it'll give me a bit more motivation to stick to it!!0 -
Hi All, lots going on, all good but time consuming, lost only 0.5 lbs in week 1 back but am still on it this week so i should lose more. Gym swimming pool is great and I am going every other day.
Well done HH and Izadora.0 -
Morning all, cool crisp autumn morning here.........thank goodness for good holidays otherwise I would fell I hadn't had a summer.
My weigh in day has moved to Saturday which suits my life better and I am pleased to say that I lost 3lbs last week, only another 2 to be back to my pre-holiday weight. I really want to hit the next eight lbs which will take me down to the next stone and that is always a real incentive for me.
I must unpack some warmer clothes and shoes today, plus move some plants that I am going to overwinter into the greenhouse. I have planned my meals for the week, riced some cauliflower and am looking forward to smashing that next 8lbs in September.0 -
Morning
I'll join you with Saturday weigh in T.
I haven't manage to crack riced cauliflower yet. I need to make a more concentrated effort.
Have a good day
