Wishing you a better day tootallulah! I also dipped into my weeklies yesterday by having biscuits and a buttered hot cross bun at work, breakfast was high too, although lunch was only 8pp, the damage was done as it only left me with 5 points for my dinner, which I went over by having salmon pate on melba toast (Warburton thins!) with pickled cucumber (the only 0 bit).
I was trying to save them this week, hoping for a better loss on Wednesday!
Ah well, 'onwards and downwards we go.... solidarity sisters!!!'

Morning all, oops, not sure where those few days went..!! Well done on the losses & hope you're feeling better toots. Nice to see a couple more additions to the thread
Didn't manage to get to my lose/shape up group Tues eve as working late but nipped in yesterday morning for a "catch-up" weigh - 3/4lb on. But I know I've been a bit all over the place this week in terms of late working & just not really watching the eating, so could have been worse. Doesn't help that my knee also still keeps playing up, which means I'm not really exercising but also know that carrying all this weight is probably what keeps aggravating it... Managed to leave after the weigh-in having been booked onto a free Personal Traning session (in 3 weeks so hoping knee better & I have time to get fitter first!!!).
I got some Salter scales from argos a couple of weeks ago, but can't get the bmi/body fat etc bit to work, just keeps saying error so taking them back for something else.
Off to Devon today for the weekend to see No.1 daughter who moved about 3 weeks ago which will be nice. She is super-healthy, gym-bunny (her b/f is a personal trainer too) & they both do 'clean eating' so that should put me back on track. She does a really tasty dish which is chicken, butternut squash & quinoa with spinach & pomegranate seeds which she knows I like too
Onwards & upwards (or rather downwards!!). (Just spotted that CWR put the same, missed that first time round!)Live your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you down" (credit to Mika!)0 -
Day 74, 38 points. Quite good considering I was at a corporate lunch. I must have a jolly good two days otherwise I fear I could easily have put some weight on.
Hiya Squiggley have a brilliant time in Devon.
CWR, salmon pate mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could make salmon pate tomorrow.0 -
I am going to have a lovely two days, sewing some trousers for my holiday, planting up some seedlings and not going out. It doesn't look too hopeful on the weather front so sewing first and gardening tomorrow. My niece is coming over to help me do a bit of Spring cleaning so that will be excellent, and much needed! At the lunch yesterday four people told me how nice my dress was - I think it might be largely down to it actually fitting. I also drifted through TK Maxx yesterday and bought a dress.0

Well so far so good, 41.5Ibs off so hoping for my 3st award this week and a sudden strength increase. Almost did my first press up today (no need to do them but as I couldn't and never have it was something I wanted to be able to do to prove to myself i'm getting stronger), can get about halfway down now so won't be long before i'm there.
Body fat has gone down by almost 5%, visceral by 1% and in 7 weeks 10cm/4 inches from waist so about 6 in total, hope it continues!0 -
Day 75, 41 points - got together some activity points which saved my bacon!
UKTigerLily you are awesome - well done you are powering through, 3 stones since Christmas is brilliant.0 -
Day 76, 34 points and I am -2 for the week, weigh in tomorrow I am not hopeful but this week has been terrible so my best hope is that I haven't put on any weight.
Back on it with gusto tomorrow I go away in 10 days and I want to lose at least 2lbs before I go as that will get me to the next half stone (and very close to 2 stones). I hope everyone is OK and doing rather better than me this week!0 -
Sending good week vibes your way tootallulah!
Friday wasn't great but Saturday and today have been OK.
Hoping to have at least a 1lb loss again this week, Frustratingly slow but I have to learn to be less impatient.Over futile odds

Hi CWR I feel very impatient at the moment too. I stayed the same this week which I think is quite lucky as it has been a bit of a hopeless week. What I do know is those activity points are not to be spent, they are just there to be seen and enjoyed.
I am off to Edinburgh this morning, it is raining heavily and is grey.....could be better in Scotland I hope.0 -
Morning all. I hope you all enjoyed your weekend - tootallulah, making your own clothes sounds great. It's something that I've only done when there are fancy dress outfits I want but can't find so really should try to bother for everyday stuff too.
I'm another one being a bit impatient. I stuck to my points (despite spending a lot of the weekend making easter eggs and helping myself to bits of chocolate along the way) but only lost a pound this week. I'm trying not to be disappointed and to focus instead on the fact that when I put on my jeans on Saturday I had to put my belt onto the next notch.
I must keep reminding myself that a loss is always a good thing, no matter how small.0
