How very annoying CWR, if weeks catch up with us I am very worried. Quick on, quick off looking forward to seeing how you do in the coming week.
Earlier start for me I am off to London, and then a few days off.0 -
Well, weigh-in Tuesday eve and another 1 1/4 off - again not sure how! I just feel my frame of mind isn't quite "there" somehow, but then I'm not eating all the cakes, biscuits etc I normally would. Also not had any Easter eggs whereas usually as soon as they hit the shops I will get one every now & then as a treat.... Devon was nice, although such a tiring drive.
Well done on the losses and such a good idea to add up all those 1lbs over a year, I think it can feel slow sometimes and easy to lose track that they all add up. Commiserations on the teeny-tiny gain too, it's just a blip, back on track today!!
I haven't exercised as much as I'd planned originally, really need to get it going more.
Thursday aka Friday today, busy Easter weekend with my sister & her littlest over for a few days, plus a kitchen to empty in preparation for the new one starting on Tuesday!! Need to set up a mini "kitchen station" in the porch for temporary use...

Try not to be cross with yourself (I know, much easier said than done) as everyone has little blips along the way.
I'm trying sooooo hard to stick to my points so that I can relax a bit over the weekend but there's chocolate absolutely everywhere at the moment. I gave in and had a bit of cake this morning (annoyingly I was in the kitchen when they were being put out) so will have a very light lunch.
Enjoy the bank holiday and I hope it doesn't do too much damage to everyone's diets.0 -
Starting goal - 56lbs
This week's loss - 1.5lbs :T
Cumulative loss - 1.5lbs :T
Weight to go - 54.5lbs .
This week's loss - 3.5lbs :j
Cumulative loss - 5lbs :j
Weight to go - 51lbs .
Considering I had lunch out four times I'm pretty chuffed. Been doing the SW SP on the days I've not been eating out - basically no carbs  - obviously working and not finding it too bad - seems it's easier to have no pasta at all than have a little and leave the rest for tomorrow :rotfl:.
Off to Spain next week for two weeks - that will be a real challenge as friends there the first week and there will be mucho .
Step away from the Easter Eggs folk.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Day 89, 38 points.
Morning GG, 5 lbs is brilliant - no carbs is definitely easier that eating smaller portions. It's like chocolate - those who can eat half a bar and "save the rest for later" are children of the very devil I think.
Lovely lie in this morning, it is throwing it down with rain and cold. I don't feel the lure of Waitrose is that great.
SD - 1.5 well done you.0 -
Day 90, 35 points. In London yesterday I fell over and went a right cropper. I have wrenched my back and today I am hobbling as if I was in my late 90s. I missed Christmas through ill health and now it looks like Easter is going the same way. The start of this year has been very poor in terms of my health and well being. I need to be slimmer.0

Day 91, 43 points which may be because of a small easter egg nibble!0

Day 92, 41 points.
Down 3 lbs this week and I don't know how really but am very pleased as that takes me to two stones gone and into the next half stone on the scales. The only thing I have changed is that I have been eating my largest meal at lunchtime and a smaller meal in the evening - who knows if that makes any difference.
On Thursday I am off to Palma for four nights so I am hoping not to put weight on this week. Annoyingly I still don't feel any different rather an indictment on how fat I am. Still just thinking about what 28lbs means the old fashioned way (as bags of sugar) go me!0 -
Day 93, 32 points the first time for a while I have actually just eaten my points allowance.
What a beautiful day it has been today. I have planted out my lupins, hollyhocks and delphiniums I think they will survive now even if we have a bit of a frost (I have a walled garden so it is very sheltered). It hasn't rained for a few days so hopefully they will get off to a good start. The rest of the plants and the vegetables are all looking good but they will be planted when I get back from my holiday next week.
I went to the neighbours for a cup of tea and did a bit of plant swapping.
I have cleaned out my bedroom and the spare room at some point I need to sort out the sewing room which is full of junk. I have filled three old suitcases with clothes for the charity shop. I have got rid of all my size 22 winter clothes so there is no going back now. I am sure this is the right thing to do, 14 weeks in and I am not giving up so it looks like it really is at least a year long challenge and my next target is all the summer size 20s that I have bought recently or dug out from the spare room today. I am a comfortable size 22 everywhere at present, looks like I will need to lose another two stone to get to 20 but hey ho it is what it is. I am going to France in July so I would like to be in the size 20s by then. The friends I am meeting out there don't know I am losing weight so hopefully they will notice!
My target for April is 10lbs, so 7 more to go.
I hope everyone has had an enjoyable and sunny Easter week-end.0 -
It has been lovely hasn't it tootallulah? I have a junk room to sort out too... ok two of them! I am doing so much better at getting jobs done now I'm not constantly overeating, though.
I lost 3.5lbs this week, so 1 stone and 11lbs altogether. Still exercising and although this week will be more relaxed eating wise I still hope to lose a pound for next week.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.
