Sounds like my youngest, he was a nightmare! The idea was, I'd sit with him until he fell asleep (as I didn't want him disturbing his dad - on shifts and his brothers who had to share a room with him) but it would usually be me that started snoozing first! :rotfl:
I had a load of WW's guides that my MIL gave me years ago and I only chucked them out the other day, I could have posted them to you if only I'd hung on to them a bit longer...sorry! It's sod's law isn't it?Over futile odds

I'm going to have a look on eBay in a min, might find some there. I tend to keep everything, but never had the guides as I always did ww online and never went to meetings. Can find a lot of the points online, plus I know the formula, so should be good.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Waving weakly from my bed of sickness....
Day 64, 40 points.
It is my Board meeting tomorrow so I had to go into work today, however I have had a shower and now I am in bed full of flu drugs and hoping that tomorrow will go well. I haven't been food shopping but there is a lot of freezer surprise available if push comes to shove. I have drunk plenty of water today which definitely helps. I have big plans for this week-end so hopefully I will be on top form by then. I need to lose some weight this week or I am behind on my challenge.0 -

Well I'm not quite sure how, but another 1.5lbs down! Had some Chinese after the meeting/exercise but actually didn't enjoyit as much as usual, and feeling motivated to have a good week now

Ooh Squiggley Diddly well done, how very cheering onwards and upwards - well done you.
Joking aside I feel terrible and am off to the doctors this evening my breathing is laboured. I had pleurisy at Christmas and I feel that is on its way back - it better not be. If I needed it, which I don't, a reminder that being so overweight exacerbates chest infections. I will reach my goal as I want to be healthier and be able to do what I want when I want to. On a good note the sun is shining this morning, my plants are growing Spring is a whisker away.0 -
Hiya CWR I hope that all is going well with you?0

How are you feeling today tootallulah?
I'm OK, I've been good as gold since Monday (it's only Wednesday!!) although no weigh in tonight as my friend couldn't make it in the end and she kindly drives me home. So I just put my weight as stayed the same on the tracker. Never mind, hopefully it'll look good on the scales next week then.Over futile odds

Ok on the jolly old anti-biotics for a chest infection should feel much better by tomorrow but have had to add copious amounts of yogurt into the food mix so the ABs don't knock out my stomach.
Day 65, 36 points. I am back doing what I did in the first few weeks, breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks, it is easy to stay in points and not feel hungry - so why did I stop?
Laughing with you CWR I am always extremely pleased if, by Wednesday, I haven't gone over points but I do only start the week on a Monday.
I have big sewing and gardening plans for the week-end so I am hoping to be much livelier by then. I am not going into work for the rest of the week, the Board meeting was a bit argumentative so it will be a relief not to be there.0
