Thanks CWR, it is the 6 week itch. My lunch is packed and ready to go this week I am back on it.
At my weigh in today I stayed the same, first week with no loss I feel so annoyed with myself but the most important thing is to just carry on. Points report back later.0 -

Enjoy your lunch tootallulah (even though you've cooked it)!
I seem to be eating more at the moment also, I'm still counting everything (even 4 olives I ate whilst waiting for our meal on Friday night and everyone else had garlic pizza bread - turns out 4 olives are nil pp but I still looked them up) but feel I'm not making the best choices.
Another meal out on Thursday night for our boss' birthday - menu is very limited and a bit 'specialist' - lots of steak (of which I am not a fan) so I'm having a burger and chips (plan to leave the bread roll and you only get a few chips anyway)!! The only other thing I would eat (and enjoy) would be the duck. At least not much alcohol will be involved as we have work the next day!
At least I don't have to contend with chocolates today or a meal out as my lazy lot haven't bothered (phonecall from Uni son earlier and the other 2 have gone off to play football)!
How many olives do you have to eat before they become 0.5 points? I ate 10 yesterday. I know I am doing the old style ww, but can't remember if they are free or not, so figured I would just point them.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

I lost 4lbs! Whoo hoo.
Not sure if this is because:-
I was good (I was mainly),
I changed the battery on my weighing scales (it weighed me one weight before my shower, then 15 minutes later I'd put on 1 1/2 stone! Even I couldn't manage that!),
I drank wine last night. I know that dehydrates you. After I weighed in, I gulped down a pint of water.
Still, all good. I have mostly planned for this week. This is what keeps me on the straight and narrow. No alcohol till at least Friday at movie night with my girls. It's the Witches based on Roald Dahl's book this week.
I made broccoli and blue cheese soup yesterday and whilst it was really nice, I ate half of what I made and for 3 points (old ww), I might as well eat a tin of Heinz soup and not have all the faff.
And I made butternut squash chips for my dinner as well. Bit of a mission to peel and chop it up, but I have more in a tupperware pot in the fridge to have tomorrow.

Well done Pollyanna! Brilliant loss!
I've lost 1.5lbs this week - I'm a bit disappointed as I hoped for more, but happy to have lost something.
I think I might have to revise my goal to 50lbs in 2015!I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Quick nip in day 63, 24 points because I feel terrible. Full of cold and unreasonably mardy. Normal service should be back tomorrow.
Brill work you two great losses.0 -

5 olives is 0pp but 6 is 1pp, 10 is also 1pp.
I remember counting halves as well but much easier now it's rounded up/down. Bananas used to be 1.5 now they're 0.Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

Think I am just stuck in the old way of doing things. Mainly works as I know the formula, just annoying as I don't have any old guides, just a few recipe books.
Stuck to today's plan. Only additions were 100g strawberries with my ww chocolate mousse and another 10 olives. But still in my points. Upstairs lying in bed now (my youngest is a bit difficult to get to sleep, so it's easier to just stay up here instead of being up and down the stairs - although the exercise would be good for me!), so as far away from the kitchen as I can be, so more picking or snacking.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Oh dear, it's just not been a great week
Made some cakes for a tasting on Saturday so had one as well, then by the time visitors had gone me & my daughter ordered pizza (deep pan & gorgeous... but so bad!!). Sunday I did a rib roast for 8 of us plus hot banoffee waffle pudding. Then had moe cupcake yesterday & today. Plus no gym as I've been on-call.
However, I will just write it off and get back on track tomorrow....
Well done on the losses Pollyanna & JPS, plus feel better soon toots.Live your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you down" (credit to Mika!)0
