Well done on the weight losses.
I have had a decent day. Am having shroom stroganoff for my meal tonight. Am a bit fed up though because I feel so bloated, which although not unusual, is a pain because I never really get that 'slim' feeling that people do when losing weight.
I have downloaded some inspirational weight loss pics to my phone to keep me going though!0 -
I put on 8.5lbs over the last month - totally shocked despite the amount of pigging out I have done. Back counting points now though. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

Onwards and downwards! It'll come off and hopefully won't take too long.
Just finished my stroganoff and it was so tasty. Am stuffed now! All low calorie on myfitnesspal.0 -

Hi, yes T it was - I used this one:

So easy and so quick to do. I have done it with loads of green veg instead of rice before as well.0 -
I love mushroom stroganoff! I've been using the WW recipe which also has Quorn in it but I may just leave that out as it doesn't really add anything flavour wise and is just there for texture. Have you tried cauli-rice Anoneemoose? I got fed up of using 5 or 6 points on a measly portion of regular rice, when I can have a big pile of cauli-rice for nil points.Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame
Love is a losing game0 -
Hi All, Day 58, 42 points - really good considering I was in London and was bought lunch and tea, I exercised that rarest attribute - self control. Long may it continue.0

Evening, end of week 1 - lost 4 1/4 lbs!! Really pleased with that so a motivator to keep going. We did circuits as the exercise part of the claw tonight, rotating round several different exercises, then I spent 30 mins just doing very slow lengths in the pool as my wind-down.
Like the sound of the mushroom stroganoff although sometimes they seem to disagree with me. May give it a try though.
Worn out now so night all, keep that self-control going!Live your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you down" (credit to Mika!)0 -
CWR - I think I may have tried cauli rice in my atkins days but I don't think it turned out too well!! I am doing myfitnesspal so can usually fit it in but it's worth a go for one of those times where I might like an extra treat as well.
Have also been snacking on popcorn (all counted and quite filling) although discovered the butterkist microwave one is full of sweetener which I try to avoid. Well apart from the odd glass of pepsi max!0 -
Squiggly Diddley that is brilliant - well done you.
I am a convert to cauli rice, dry fried for a few minutes, very simple and can be "tastied" up with Indian spices which really works.0
