Really? Can you tell me which branch of ASDA?

This is what ASDA said on an email to me.....

Response Via Email (Martin Leonard) 06/01/2015

Thank you for your email regarding the Dr Oetker vouchers.

Unfortunately as my colleagues have advised you, Dr Oetker are not reimbursing the stores where the vouchers are redeemed. The decision was made to stop honouring them as it essentially resulted in Asda. If you wish to take this any further I suggest you speak to the Dr Oetker Customer Service team as we are unable to investigate issues with Third Party vouchers.

I'm sorry I can't be any further assistance. If you'd like to discuss anything else, please call me or one of my colleagues on 0800 952 0101. Thanks again for your contact.

    Kind regards,

    Martin Leonard
    Asda Service Team

Did you write this email yourself? It seems fake as I would be surprised if an official customer service email would write a sentence that makes no sense e.g "it essentially resulted in Asda"

So sometimes, when you post on here you get shot down or people don't agree with you and fire back to your posts. It puts me off posting stuff. But I am really chuffed that through this site, one way or another it really is the place to come for help.

I used some in sainsburys last week and the jobsworthy read the whole thing and rightfully informes me that she could only accept 2 in any transaction

So a member of staff reads the terms of the voucher, gave you the discount as per the conditions and it makes them a jobsworth! sorry what did they do wrong for you to throw a name that's perceived as a insult their way?

I've always found that when people use the word "jobsworth" it's actually always them who were being unreasonable.
