Really? Can you tell me which branch of ASDA?

This is what ASDA said on an email to me.....

Thank you for your email regarding the Dr Oetker vouchers.

Unfortunately as my colleagues have advised you, Dr Oetker are not reimbursing the stores where the vouchers are redeemed. The decision was made to stop honouring them as it essentially resulted in Asda. If you wish to take this any further I suggest you speak to the Dr Oetker Customer Service team as we are unable to investigate issues with Third Party vouchers.

I'm sorry I can't be any further assistance. If you'd like to discuss anything else, please call me or one of my colleagues on 0800 952 0101. Thanks again for your contact.

    Kind regards,

    Martin Leonard

OFFS I cannot believe my luck! And it is all thanks to you. Just phoned back and told them that ASDA MK is accepting the coupons and she took all the details of the story from the start. She is sending me a £10 ASDA card and is phoning my branch to say they MUST accept these coupons. She said the store will write this in some book.

I also told her I spoke to VALASSIS (the place where all the coupons go for processing) and they said these are valid coupons and they are not aware of ASDA not being refunded for their redemptions.

I mentioned this website and your photo image of the receipt and she put me on hold and came back with the above!!!!!!

Thank you very much for your help. :):):) :)
