Quick update!
The viewing didn't turn up as their child took poorly so I can't complain. They haven't rescheduled though but onwards anyway.
On a great note - I've repaid my student loan off in fullso I owe them zilch, nothing, nada, nowt! Shame it wasn't one of the bigger ones

Anothe bit of positive news! I went to see the Mortgage Adviser as she had a ceancellation and we can get the mortgageWe have an agreement in pronciple for it. Obviously once it's the full application (hopefully on this house!) I will be past myself again but for now that's great news.

In true all or nothing style - I've sold my car and bought an economical run around which I will officially swap over on Thursday. I'm saving apx £1250 a year and have 1k cash in my pocket. This will be kept towards house sale and paying the EA.
