    Quick update!

The viewing didn't turn up as their child took poorly so I can't complain. They haven't rescheduled though but onwards anyway.

On a great note - I've repaid my student loan off in full :D so I owe them zilch, nothing, nada, nowt! Shame it wasn't one of the bigger ones :)

    Thanks hun.

Anothe bit of positive news! I went to see the Mortgage Adviser as she had a ceancellation and we can get the mortgage :) We have an agreement in pronciple for it. Obviously once it's the full application (hopefully on this house!) I will be past myself again but for now that's great news.

Ah thank you so much. It's a huge weight off (for now!) and now just waiting for the buyer (waiting and me don't go well together!).

In true all or nothing style - I've sold my car and bought an economical run around which I will officially swap over on Thursday. I'm saving apx £1250 a year and have 1k cash in my pocket. This will be kept towards house sale and paying the EA.
No viewings yet so keeping quiet and hoping we hurry and get one. If it's meant to be it will.
