Lovely news re the CC :)
Your plan looks good, it's really encouraging to see the numbers come down month on month isn't it,
and just thinking about when you're putting the house up for sale is exciting ! Ours went through in 8 weeks, from the day the estate agent came out to value to handing over the keys  scary but exciting :)
It's all so temptingly close now :)

Our house took 6 weeks last time LFS which went in the estate agent's window as a record (and the most impatient seller/buyer ever lol) but as we're looking to buy a smallholding/land/other I am erring on the side of caution and saying 12 week average whilst secretly hoping for less ;)

Well DH has done an amazing job of the back garden and side yard. The garden has been turfed where the trampoline killed it off, the shed's (one chicken shed, one tool shed) have been tidied and cleaned up, the decking has been cleaned off (power jet thing) and so has the side yard and it's all looking lovely. Downstairs is looking like it should, compared to how it normally does. Ie I won't die of embarrassment should an unexpected visitor turn up and come in! Everything is put away, no clothes out drying, no washing building up and no kids things dumped all over. DD has collected a bunch of wild flowers which now have centre stage in the kitchen and they actually look lovely. It's going to be so hard to leave this place. We do love it here and the next place has a lot to live up to internally.

Upstairs however.....looks like a bombs hit. That's tea time's task, when the kids have their bath.

Also, DH cleaned and polished/buffed/did men's things to my car. I bought it 2 years ago (and 2 months) and it is my pride and joy, despite resembling a stable, I love it. However it had started to turn a bit of a chalky colour. He said it was "technical phrase" and set about sorting it out. 2.5 hours later it looks amazing, like it's just stepped off a production line. I was worried it wouldn't work but it did and makes paying the debt, which the car is part of, more bearable as that and my range cooker, are the only things I still have to show for it.

This week we are counting down to the holiday. We need to eat the fresh items and I'll clean the pantry and fridge out before we leave. The freezer obviously will be fine. I need a couple of toiletry/medical items before we set off and I need to book the car into the medium stay car park. Passports are all out and I'm going to print the documents today at work. Clothes are purchased and I have one item to take back to Tesco as we found it cheaper elsewhere for DD.

Fingers crossed for a nice quiet week other than getting work completed which is never quiet pre holidays.

I'm quietly please - thank you Caz :)

I have a "project" (for the purpose of MSE, I will call it that, it's what I do for a living - nothing dodgy btw LOL) that I must get finished by the end of today - that being 10pm tonight. I'm working my way through it and so far things are ticking over well. No hiccups. Then the remaining few days in the week are to be spent on the next project which is a biggy and difficult - not what I need pre holidays but such is life.

Ah thank you. I can't wait for the holiday now as work is frustrating the life out of me, well the people are. Their is a sly fox in the camp and lots of stabbing in the back. I'm just not like that, so am seriously struggling. When I'm alone and getting on with my work, all is well. When people are involved, Chinese whispers comes in to play. Rant over, ish.

I'm getting there holiday wise. I'm back on top of the washing and almost on top of the ironing. The suitcase has most things in it that we need, just a few last items to pop in. Minimal is the key for this holiday though. We're working our way through the food and I cleaned the fridge and the pantry last night.

I finish at lunch time on Friday and won't need to go to the farm so I plan on going home and finishing the last bits then, including getting some Euros.

    Right, best check accounts.

Right. Yesterday's project sent in for review so that's out of my hands for a few days. On to the next project. I've made a very small start in it already so need that to become more of a dent by the end of today!

This afternoon I have plus one on the horse front so will take me longer than normal. Plus I need to ride and pony needs riding. A busy afternoon then working tonight for an hour.

Looking forward to the rogue CC going once Mam is back from holidays and taking it over. Also can't wait to be sub 6k on the main CC. Nice to see it going down.
