    Bathroom cleaned
Upstairs hoovered (not DS3's room as it is too messy - he is in there now tidying up)

Run out of GUAG but need to do the shower room as it is where guests will go and do an emergency tidy nup in the DR - so want some of this clutter gone!

    Dinner in
    DW reloaded
    cat dishes all in
    fryer oil topped up
bird feeder out in the cherry tree in the garden.. sick of seeing it on the work surface while birdies starve!
    more laundry shuffled..
towels off line, aired in dryer and folded ready to go away now.

Not sorted my room as I had planned but the kitchen is looking much better.. 3 more baskets of folding to do and it needs a sweep but it is massively improved.. just the other 10 rooms and hall/landing to do!

    I have

ironed all the dried washing (now on maiden airing)
cleaned bathroom and used Lakeland's mould stuff on sealant. Sealant now all white! Tiles will need a bit more attention but I am sure little and often will do the trick
    Bed stripped and remade,.
Kitchen cleaned. Hob stuff soaked in soda and now gleaming
Been to sains as DS has £8 off £40 spend coupons, £40.88 spent before coupon
Been to Tesco for DD's irong board (have been researching) and found 1p in the self serve (abandoned change) and wombled a coupon to so got that added immediately. Have 2p/l off petrol which may be handy as their petrol station is right by the car hire place!
Bought 2 CD/DVD cases for DS but he has decided he doesn't want them so I may take them back! (One was an utter bargain in the sales - some of their printer inks are down to £1 now!)

I've been food shopping and been with DH to buy him some winter cycling trousers and a winter long sleeve jersey. Then cleaned downstairs bathroom and wiped down the outside of the kitchen cupboards (DS1 has a habit of spilling things down them when he is making himself something.

I had a lovely morning meeting some other language teachers in a local coffee shop to plan some get togethers for the year ahead. It's usually only three of four, but some new people came along this time. Loads of ideas and enthusiasm, so lots of fun things to look forward to, including helping run a conference in June/July  (I'm not doing it on my own, so not really that bad!)

I had lunch after with one who is more of a friend, then home, petrol and supermarket shop and a quick walk.

Day off flying, although I have put in a load of washing.

Weather is more settled here at the moment. DS1 is in Edinburgh with GF, and it's snowing although not lying and it was very windy the last two nights. Let's hope it's calmer for the flight back on Monday.

    Uniform Washer
Went out town with DS and he got his new coat from my mum for Xmas... Forgot to get his haircut!! My mother was stressing me out so I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. With the way our weather is at the moment, the wind will blow the hair out of his eyesanywsy :D

Got some shopping from home bargs on the way home including some washing machine stuff... i figured it couldn't hurt in addition to soda crystals/vinegar etc.

Baked some spuds for work and cake for DS which should see him through snacks and suppers for a few days!

I've also decluttered a nap since I'm on nightshift tonight, but I've been seconded to another ward locally, so I'll save both time and money! No more 45 minute commute!

School uniforms were washed and hung but not much else...

    Jo xx
