Think we're in for a busy day! DH can take DD into town for new school trousers as hers ripped again on Thursday. Keep telling her she needs to get a big enough size or they will keep ripping .
Still not managing to control sleep. Meh.
Awful awful news going on at present. Hope those of you having a snitty time manage to get through it relatively unscathed though.
See you all on the other side of today.

Morning everyone.
The wind is howling and kept me awake. I can see my bin half way down the yard. I won't be going very far today in that.
A bit of catch up on the flying today. The cat stuff needs doing. I also want to declutter some paperwork.
Stay safe in this weather.
Hugs,spoons,sticks and healing vibes where needed.0 -

Morning all. I've not had time again to read all the thread so I hope everyone is ok and managing to tackle everything that life throws at them.
It is windy here again today too so I've decided that apart from dog walks I won't be going out in it so no gardening will get done unfortunately.
So my plan:
Finish first cuppa of the day
Do inventory of what's in the freezers and fridge, clean fridge and do a meal plan for the week
Have breakfast
Wash up
Walk dogs
Hoover and mop right through house
Clean high shelves in kitchen
Make more cushion covers
Declutter something
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Ok, dog has settled herself back to sleep so I think I'm going to make myself a vat of coffee and crack on with the ironing while everyone's still in bed.
Am debating going to the vigil in Bristol later for the murdered cartoonists but don't know about the wind. Not sure how Lily would cope with the crowds either.
ETA: 3x HHI done. More washing twirling in the machine. DD up now, DS appears to have gone back to bed. DH still in his pit. 10am, better get dressed!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
Morning lovelies :hello:
Not read back fully yet so hope everyones ok, hugs, spoons, tickles, and high fives all round xx
Got to do the weekly shop this morning, then run a few errands in town, and its blowing a gale and raining  looking forward to that much *rolleyes*
Gonna swap some kitchen cupboards round later on, im struggling with the tin cupboard on the bottom so will switch to one on the wall, poorly neck doesnt thank me when I have to bend down
Done the big clean on Wednesday so all spit spot-ish here, takes 10 mins to put right again usually. Dog has got it on her this week and has already chewed my bestest bobble hat to shreds, my Boofle teddy which was a present, the cats string mouse (I shouldn't laugh but .....lol) whacked me in the eye with her rope toy, the knot went full force ouch and ate a full chocolate orange and half a small box of Thorntons  was sick for quite a while the daft mutt, shes fine now thank goodness.
Anyhoo, teenies just about ready to be dropped off at her nanas so id better go find some clothes to wear and head out.

Morning all
Been up a good while decluttering emails and surveys.
I have kittens on my lap and a big cat at my side.
Windy here, basketball net has blown over in the night and that is heavy. Dread to think what it is like for those of you further north - take care.
DH has packed away most of the christmas lights so they can go up in the loft, will try to find something else to declutter whilst I am up there.
Continuing with the DR today as we have friends coming to dinner.

Morning everyone - rather windy here too!! Hope it is good enough for a walk today. Yesterday I ventured out for half an hour and was like a drowned rat when I came back - think my coat is drying still! Cold improving but awful nosebleeds all night last night- TMI! - need to soak a skirt!
Lovely picture, Pigpen.
