You do hear about people going off on holiday and relaxing and then falling pregnant, so I think if by May nothing has happened, im willing to test that theory!
    TTC since September 2015
  • So sorry to hear that Sexymouse, our little man was born asleep on 11th December at 17 weeks after 3.5 years of trying. I can completely empathise and found the Nisbet miscarriage forum really helpful
  • Selina I am so sorry to hear that, sending you lots of love x

  • It's so heartbreaking to hear about what a lot of people on here have gone through, I don't know how you find the strength to keep going, it's amazing really. My sister is pregnant at the moment, had her 12 week scan at the beginning of Jan and is doing fine but I still worry about her all the time. I was the same when my best friend was pregnant, absolutely on pins, the day of the birth was the worst, was so anxious about it all. Dread to think what my anxiety levels will be like if/when it happens to me.

Thank you for your kindness everyone. I'm so sorry to hear of your losses MancMama and Slinky - I hope you get your rainbows soon. xx

My sister is also pregnant at the moment and due at the end of July. This has been really hard for me as our babies would have been so close in age and I so desperately wanted to be pregnant at the same time as her (and we would have been). Fingers crossed I will be soon so we can share some of our pregnancies and our children can be close friends.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Apple what cycle day are you on? Fertile CM looks like egg white and stretches between your fingers.

As for OPKs it's definitely fine if they get lighter, mine do all sorts, but the main thing is having a dark line when you get OV surge. Your have LH hormone present the whole time so it can fluctuate depending on all sorts, like how diluted your urine is, the dark line is all that matters.

Thanks. I was on CD 9. It's only been my first period though since coming off the mirena in December so I'm
Not sure my cycle lengths at the minute!

    Hello all.
Thank goodness its finally Friday! I am going for the "day 21" blood tests tomorrow - although I will be CD20, I think this should be fine as my cycle is usually around 27 days. Also having every other blood test my GP could think of sending me for, so I'll be fasting from 10pm tonight and going for the first appointment tomorrow morning to get it all over and done with! I absolutely hate having blood taken...

I'm in the TWW, on DPO4 today.

Hope everyone has a great weekend - hugs to those who need it.
  • Thanks guys!

Well, the cowbag AF has arrived today and its a small consolation that it looks like my periods are regular even though my hpothyroidism is playing up.
I do have one round of Clomid left so I'm going to take that and see what happens!
  • Thank you mouse, I also have a close friend due July so am having the same feelings. But hopeful there's still time for our paths to cross yet!

CD14 here and no surge yet...in the BD zone anyway x
