Huge congratulations marie1. Best of luck for the future.Maddybee33 wrote: »At the moment I'm running outside at the mercy of the weather and passers-by thinking how terrible the red-faced, sweaty chubby lady looks.
As a fitness fan (not obsessive, 4-6 hours a week) I have never thought that of overweight runners or new people in the classes I go to... I just think good on her/him. Anything is better than not running/attending a class. But mostly I'm too busy concentrating on having a good workout myself.
You can have a perfect BMI like 20.7 and still have problems conceiving. Ask me how I know.
CD1. I feel so silly for getting a little excited at being 6 days late. I'm super teary this evening and I have to wait until Friday evening to get a hug of my husband. All he said when I told him was "we can try again this month".MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -
Ff has put some cross hairs on my chart, if its right then we bd'd two days before am expecting to get a bfn in 2 weeks. Dpo3 here.0

Wow, I've missed loads, apologies if I miss bits out!
BR - virtual hugs ((xx)). My mum was really quite negative about us ttcing and I was really shocked and upset, its worse because its my mum I think. I've decided to just concentrate on me and hubby and for what its worth I can tel you my bmi is over 30 and I'm not going to let it worry me. As another poster said, do what feels right for YOU x
Congratulations maire :j
Pleased to hear things are settling LittleMoog, I hope your return to TTC is short
The CB study sounds interesting ladies, not sure I can be faffing about with fmu though! Fingers crossed you all get your BFP and your £50 vouchers!
Not much going on here. My new bbt thermometer arrived today at last so hoping that helps with charting as its 2dp rather than 1dp. Still negative opks so hoping it will all point to a fertile window next weekend.
Had a good weekend overall. I have a teenage daughter who doesn't live with me and I suspected my mum had let her in on my ttc plans so decided to talk to her properly yesterday when we went shopping and she was amazing. She thinks hubby will be a great dad and was very supportive and interested in having a brother or a sister. I've told her she would be welcome to scans etc as I'd like her to feel included as much as poss.
Good luck to those in the 2ww and wine and soft cheese to any recent bfns x
Very happily married on 10th April 2013

Oh MRN, that sucks
Especially when your husband's away. I'm sorry x
Congratulations maire1! I hope this bean is a sticky one, wishing you good health and good luck for the next nine months.
Thanks jtr - things really are worse coming from mums! Just their special talent, I guess :cool:0 -
Congrats maire1
Sorry to hear that MRN, I'm also CD1 today, it's rubbish isn't it. Feeling a bit sick with it so not even wanted any wine and chocolate
Hugs to anyone else who needs them.0 -
Congrats Maire1.
Big hugs to all those with AF.
Nothing to report here. Just waiting, AF due on Friday and I have all the usual symptoms.
I think we're going to have to take a break from TTC in the next few months as it is looking like I am going to move jobs. I can't take the stress anymore. We've worked out that I need to be in a new job before I am 3 months pregnant to qualify for SMP. My notice period is 3 months. We'll just have to wait and see I suppose.0 -
Looks like I'm in the study too. Will be interesting to see what they send - hopefully will be helpful, if I ever start my next cycle!
Hope everything goes well with the job move MovingUp. Have you got somewhere to go or are you looking at the moment? It's a lot of stress on top of this process, wishing you as smooth a ride as possible with it all.0 -
Thanks Black Ribboner. I've got my CV out and I am actively looking. The stress my current job is causing me is not helping this process or my mental health generally. Onwards and upwards. Let's see what happens this month before any more decisions are made0
