Thanks Cuilean, I applied - not sure about sending my fmu but I figure its a free product and contributing to a study so will see if I am suitable tho given how long we have been ttc we are probably considered a lost cause by now lol0

Hi roz
Think today is CD1 as my spotting after coil removal cleared up the same day and this was a heavier flow but already seems to be dying off... Who knows!
My new thermometer still hasn't arrived but off out for dinner tonight so will enjoy some cocktails while I still can :rotfl:
Good luck to all those coming up to ovulation

Thanks for the lovely welcome everyone. Glad to know I'm not the only lady constantly obsessing about things like peeing on sticks :rotfl:
OH & I weren't actually planning on TTC just yet - we were NTNP from the start of the year but our best friends (& usual drinking buddies) have told us they're pregnant and so it's spurred us on a bit. Typically they got pg the first month of trying so now I'm feeling the pressure & randomly bursting into tears to OH that I'm not a proper woman because I can't even OV :rotfl: yes, I know... On the other hand maybe that's a sign that my 'proper' hormones are returning after 7 years of being controlled by the depo
Anyway, I'm joining JTR in a drink whilst I still canand good luck to those doing the BD in the next few days x

CD35 here, no more ov signs, no temp rise, no AF. . . And a bfn to boot
Am so very fed up.
Thanks for the link Cuilean, am going to apply. I've been collecting urine samples and testing for the last four weeks anyway, might as well do it for science!0 -
Hugs black ribboner, sending PMA your way with some baby dust
Stuffed myself silly last night at the Thai and had a few archers and lemonades, have to say I will miss my cocktails if/when I'm pg.
AF stopped last night and started again today with some kick !!!!! cramps, felt like I'd been booted in my lady bits .

CD 17 here, not sure that I've actually ovulated and we only Bd'd once. Guess I'll just wait and see over the next two weeks but I don't hold out too much hope0

Hi ladies,
Been reading this thread for ages and thought I would pluck up the courage and join up! So my vital statics are...
Toots14 (24) TTC #1 since 02/2015
Recently married in February to my husband and feel no point in waiting so we have decided to start TTC. I've been off the pill since June 2012 so have a good grasp of my cycles. I'm very fortunate to be a 28 day girl with ovulation usually CD14. I'm that textbook girl. We do exist. My problem is getting DH to BD at the right time. He thinks you can get pregnant any time! Bless.
I seem to be the first of my friends to buy a house and get married but last to have a kid so getting pretty broody.
Anyway hello all, looking forward to getting to know you all but not on this thread. When we all graduate! :j
Oh and I'm CD18. 4DPO but definitely out this month. Didn't BD at right time.0 -
Welcome Toots14 and Roz_v
Cuilean and alieth... sometimes you've just gotta get on the horny horse!
I found out on Friday that a 41 year old I work with is pregnant. She only got married (not that that's essential for a baby but I get the impression she waited for marriage then tried for a baby) in August. I'm like, no fair I've been married for 5 years surely it's my turn first. It's a cruel world. Not that I don't think she deserves her baby just that some people have it easy and others have to work a lot harder.
So my TTC journey is just starting to get interesting for the first time in 11 months. CD36 (normally a 29 day cycle, never longer than 31 days) DPO 18. I'm 7 days late (6 days late if I'm being pessimistic). I usually have two days of spotting then a full 7 days AF. I had one day of very light (pale in colour and small in amount too) spotting on CD34, then a micro-spot the morning of CD35 and nothing since. I have a strict no poas until a week late so this morning hubby got all excited as it was our first time we'd done a poas that wasn't OPK! I calmly went to poas (clear blue). BFN.
I have tried to reassure hubby that this tells us nothing. Until we get AF or BFP, we still don't know. The poas instructions say to test again in 5 days. Hubby is only back at the weekends so it'd be nice to see the result together next weekend (if there's still no AF by then) - 6 days away!

Welcome Toots14 & Roz_v - hope your stay here is short and you get your bfp soon.
I hope af stys away and you get your BFP next weekend MRN, its not over til the witch arrives is my mantra!
CD 7, AF was pretty pointless this month, less than a day of actual bleeding and then slight spotting - completely out of the norm for me but then being a week late this cycle wasnt normal anyway!!! Going to try the SMEP again this month along with the opks and preseed - surely all this effort should pay off??? They say good things come to those who wait and we've been waiting over 2 years lol0
