Hi guys, sorry I've not been around for a while.

It's been lovely to read so many May BFPs but I'm so sorry to those of you with sad news. Please do look after yourselves.

I'm CD12 today and planning first BD of the month when OH gets home later. I'm struggling this month and feeling really down about the whole thing. I don't feel like BD because I'm not sure I can bear the stress of the rest of the month.

Also I'm going to be away Sat and Sun night which are the last two days of my fertile window according to glow.

Any recommendations for a bbt thermometer?

I'm such a ray of sunshine! Listen to me moan! I might just have the post wedding blues but our honeymoon was so lovely because it was TTC-worry free. Back to reality now.

Oh, forgot to ask, after very light spotting the week AF was due, she finally arrived on Friday morning and dried up Saturday morning. Does anyone have any idea what this could mean? I'm convinced it's a sure sign of infertility of course :o

Chickp, my AF is also quite strange, I have light flow morning, mid to heavy afternoon and then it all but disappears by 7pm, repeating this each day for four days. I've never thought it meant anything and hopefully it doesn't, I just thought it was a personal quirk!
  • Oh lulu, I'm gutted to hear that :( So very sorry. Lots of Internet hugs, vodka and KKs to you - it's all inadequate, but know we're thinking of you x

Sorry to hear about AF too ncsmummy, nature truly is a b*tch.

Chickp, I know what you mean, so many times this month I've had to force myself to bd! Glad to hear you had a lovely honeymoon though, I'm sure the time away will have done you and your body the world of good :)

Thanks all, snapping out of feeling sorry for myself! Just after 2 years its getting a bit hard month after month!
Littlemoog - it does take a while to get over the feeling of being overwhelmed by it, over 2 years on and I still have days where it all comes back. Take care of yourself.
Chickp - I know what you men about the stress of the rest of the month - the 2ww can drive me to the edge of insanity at times!
me-charlotte - its not over for the month til af arrives so fingers crossed for you. It does wear you down after a while tho.
  • Hi Ladies,

I ducked out o f the thread for a while to get my head straight. When I'm not in here time goes quicker and I dwell less on the negative side of TTC.

Just to update the list post: CD32 14DPO. By the ap I use I'm 2 days late for AF but not reading anything into it. I've always had the rule that I wouldn't POAS until 1 week late.

Hugs Lulu... when I was catching up on the thread it was nice to see a familiar name but I hoped this would come good for you.

So in the fight between AF and tests, my cheapy tests won the battle arriving first. I think AF however is about the win the war :(
