I think I might have spent rather a lot on gym stuff this year, but in my defence I am now doing some different sports than I previously was which required some different attire (stay warm long leggings worn outside for boot camps in the snow NOT suitable for hot yoga :rotfl:) and some sports i'm doing more of so needed more kit.

My work has also changed so currently I need even less office attire (which was casual anyway) than previously but its also making me take stock of what clothes I do have, what I want / will wear again and what i'd like to replace (although I don't go out as much as I used to I feel my choices for 'going out' garments are now ltd and make me feel old :()

So even though (like last year) I might not have a budget, i'm going to try and be mindful of purchases in 2016 and love reading how everyone is doing on this challenge. See you in 2016

ps going Sales shopping on Sun...can I be mindful after that please? :rotfl:

    Happy New Year all.

I went over my £360 budget ages ago and don't think I had one month where I didn't buy something. Also I didn't include underwear or sports kit this year so estimate that I actually spent about £600.

If there is a thread for this year, I'll join, but instead of setting a target, will concentrate on looking in charity shops for whatever I NEED before going in the mainstream stores.
Spend less now, work less later.
