Clothes are something which steals my money, sometimes I can spend crazy amounts of money on silly items, like £15 for a pair of flip flops (superdry) or my pride and joy £250 on my Superdry leather jacket, on the other hand, near to my home is a charity shop which sells all their clothing, no matter what makes for 99p, you can pick up some real bargains in there, they sell makes like berghaus and superdry for 99p, i'm thinking of going in there, buying 10 items of clothing, for less than £10 and seeing what return i can make on facebook/ebay, after deducting postage and ebay fees etcDocumenting my journey from full time support worker to full time eBay reseller0

Sound fab :T I have a costume box myself for pole showcases and photoshoots. It includes a home made Columbia outfit from the Rocky Horror show. Even found a site that listed the colours / order of the ribbons on her shorts so mine are theatrically correct
Mavvy you inspired me to get listing on fleabay again so i am aiming to put on 4-5 pieces a night from my pile. First five went on tonight, though if they all go for just 99p I'll end up barely covering postage and seller fees
Snap re: the home-made Columbia costume - I'm impressed at your attention to detail with the ribbons - I didn't manage that but I did remember the blue ankle socks :rotfl:Shifting my energy for 20200 -

Well done to all regards your savvy buying and selling
I nipped in to a charity shop yesterday (I know I know ) Bad MavvyCame away with a lovely Gap skirt for £3 which I will wear and will replace 3 others that I have decided to sell
A lovely Hobbs top in a lovely shade of Green for me for £3 which I will wear with the skirt.
Also a really nice dress for £6 which I will get on E*ay as I am postive it will make me a good profit and pay for the other items with some over
Still 3 items with bids on but a few questions asking if I will do a BIN on a couple so looking good. A £1 dress is up to £11.50 so going in the right direction.
Good luck and may those bids come rolling in.

Just popping in to say my clothing spends in April are zero! So with just over a week to go, it looks like it could soon be 4 consecutive months of successful austerity regarding the clothing budget.
Having said that, from all I've read on this thread, buying some to sell might be a very good idea!
Well done all. Go forth and make a profit, as my old uncle used to say!“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0
