SW only allow GF choices for coeliacs. If you arent coeliac, you arent supposed to choose the GF options
If you dont like the texture of oats and want something more similar to readybreak, then just blitz the dry oats in a food processor0 -
Thank you for checking tweets, maybe it is so high they don't have a number for it :eek:Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Flea - TIE is a target member and has tummy issues, she has Ready Brek and other gluten free options so that she remains well.
Rummer - I've checked syns online and it's not on there.. if you want to give us the nutrition info then we can try and work it out. I'd give you the syns of an average slice but it's from anywhere between 3 and 11 syns
Hovis medium sliced, white is 4.5 so you could use that..
Thanks Maisie and CPennies.. I knew some people had joined late but with so many of us it's hard to keep track. I didn't want people to be upset that i'd missed them off the chart when I publish itMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

I love making a massive pan of rice pudding all for the cost of an HEA. If feeling a bit decadent, i make it with the alpro coconut drink instead0 -
