Congrats to gien, wiz & gonesouth on your nice losses and extra congrats and OMG to whiplashy :j

Hugs TIE, sorry you've been good and it's not showing. It should catch up with you next week though :)

selement - theres's meant to be some deal on in February if you buy a countdown (it's usually a free book), so you might want to get a 6 week to start off. It works out the same - buy 5 weeks get 1 free, or buy 10 weeks get 2 free. So 12 weeks may be better for your personal commitment but doesn't save you any more money :D

Have a roast dinner nearly cooked (SW roasties, quorn roast and green beans, carrots and broccoli) for lunch, and a casserole in the slow cooker for about the next 3 days dinners! Smells lovely in my house right now!

:T :TWell done to all the people who have lost weight :T:T

After my success during the week I slid into bad habits yesterday :o The day started well but mid afternoon I joined the family in eating a box of chocolates, then had toasted cheese with wine for dinner :o I am annoyed with myself, however I am back on track today and have done well so far.

    I can do this ;)

    Morning all

There's a few of us who work in situations where we're surrounded by food! I'm not at the moment but will be again soon, so I will have to convince myself I don't like any of the naughty things we sell.

Having worked in offices and out on the road too, I know lots of work situations Are full of temptation, so what strategies do you all use to stay on track?

    LL :)

I look at the food I cant eat and imagine its either a food I don't like or its poison and will make me poorly :D

Beaten my biggest ever loss by 1lb, and I was slightly over 18st then so a big loss was easy! I've stuck strictly to EESP so it definitely works. I'm going to do another week of it, adding in either an extra HEA or syn free yogurt as the website suggests. More importantly than the number on the scales, I can physically see a good portion of that loss has come off my stomach. I never seem to shift much from there!

Today's plan is going to be

    B Weetabix(HEB) with milk(HEA) and a pear(S)
    L Lentil(P) and (S)vegetable soup with wholemeal roll(HEB)
    D Omlette(P) with (S)vegetables and (P)chicken and side salad(S)
S Syn free yogurt and apple(s)
Syns possible some cheese on the omlette

    Good Afternoon :)

Well done Whiplashy great loss :T:T:T

Thanks. There is a deal on at the moment at the one I was gonna go to that also paying 12 weeks countdown means not paying joining fee, but 6 weeks and it is only half price. But then it'd be good to get the February deal too! Not sure what to do for the best now.

  • Afternoon everyone

Trying to have another SP day today as I had a sneeky peep this morning and things aren't looking too promising for tomorrow nights wi. :(. So today so far has been - Breakfast was just drinks as I felt a bit meh. Lunch was pea and ham soup then half apple, satsuma and half pear. Dinner tonight is lean lamb stewed with onion, mushrooms, carrots served with loads of cauli, brocolli and butter bean mash as far as I know. Supper will be hexs possibly cheese and beetroot sarnie(hexa and hexb 1) and the other hexb might be some almonds to nibble on whilst DH and I settle down and watch something on Netflix. I will try to leave the almonds with chocolate on alone and just have plain ones :p. DH added a spoonful of yoghurt into the full amount of pea and ham soup but I told him not to worry about it as all it would do is dilute the effect of SP if I have understood things correctly. Will probably munch of a bit more fruit (S) ones through the evening too.

Well done on the latest losses. Some are getting off to a fab start on new challenge. Well done tweets on your lost inches too. I wouldn't have been able to get a tape measure long enough to measure me when I first started :rotfl: For anyone who is struggling to get back into it all, hang on in there and things will start shifting soon. ;)

Welcome to our newbies. Keep popping in at least once a day if that is possible and I am sure that it does help in trying to keep motivated. It does get a bit difficult at times especially when things are so busy on this thread. There is usually someone around who can answer questions or if you just need someone to sound off to. :D

Well I am ashamed to say that when I got in a little while ago I showered and washed hair then got straight into my pjs  You can bet your bottom dollar we will get visitors tonight :rotfl:

Good luck everone for the coming week.
