Morning all
There's a few of us who work in situations where we're surrounded by food! I'm not at the moment but will be again soon, so I will have to convince myself I don't like any of the naughty things we sell.
Having worked in offices and out on the road too, I know lots of work situations Are full of temptation, so what strategies do you all use to stay on track?

Beaten my biggest ever loss by 1lb, and I was slightly over 18st then so a big loss was easy! I've stuck strictly to EESP so it definitely works. I'm going to do another week of it, adding in either an extra HEA or syn free yogurt as the website suggests. More importantly than the number on the scales, I can physically see a good portion of that loss has come off my stomach. I never seem to shift much from there!
Today's plan is going to be
B Weetabix(HEB) with milk(HEA) and a pear(S)
L Lentil(P) and (S)vegetable soup with wholemeal roll(HEB)
D Omlette(P) with (S)vegetables and (P)chicken and side salad(S)
S Syn free yogurt and apple(s)
Syns possible some cheese on the omletteBack on the slimming world wagon 04.01.18
Total lost 1st 3.5lbs :j Week 40 -

I'd love to hear any ideas as well. I go back to work next month as my maternity leave is up. My work days used to start with a trip to the coffee shop to buy a bucket of latte and a croissant
. Then because I work in town there's any number of temptations available for lunch.
I guess I'm going to need to eat my branflakes and switch to an americano, and pack a lunch.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Okay, not feeling totally inspired but here's the plan (not sure if I will need to buy in eggs tomorrow). EESP at the moment is definitely a 'once in while' things for me as I'm struggling with the inspiration
B: 4 ryvita (HEB1) with ham and apple
L: 2 wholemeal toast (HEB2) with poached eggs, SatsumaPork hock slow cooked in diet coke, roasted carrots and steam veg
HEA - milk in tea
Syns - not sure?
Just eat what you would normally plan to, but sub the carbs with something else. So a curry, with a plate of green beans, or grated cauliflower instead of rice. If you want pasta, use fresh and syn it. If you fancy a jacket spud with chilli, load up half a butternut squash instead
Most people eat free carbs at their main meal, so its only 1, maybe 2 swaps you need to find, per day
If needing inspiration, there is a 7-day menu on the website
As a vegi i struggled, because the sources of filling protein are limited, but i would think a meat eater could easily meet the P part of the plan, so may not notice the lack of carbs so much0 -
Good morning, I have been on the scale and lost 1lb.:j
I am now half way to my ten stone. It has taken me 2 years to get here.
And in the 70s on the very old WW programme I lost 3 stone { baby fat }
In 19 weeks. :T
It gets disheartening at times, but at least it's healthy eating, slowi know, but sure.
Congrats to all the losers ,STS and commiserations to those who have gained. Don't be disheartened keep going, it'll happen.:T0 -
Well after a week of 'nearly' EESP with the exception of last nights tea, I have WI with a loss of 'drum roll please' ...........ZIP, ZILTCH, NADA, NOWT
guttered after seeing everyone else lose something
:(:(
For Shala - STS can't believe I didn't lose anything! I know it wasnt completely EESP what with yogurt and blueberries and small amount of potato in my soup, but I was very low carbs so expected some sort of loss. Oh well must have still been all the carp from Christmas/new year catching up. Will try again this week but not every day as struggled without spuds
Will try to keep on track today even though I usually have weekends off as target member.
B - RB, honey, blueberries, coffee
L - shepherds pie, veg, gravy and possibly GF Yorkies
T - not sure yet
HEs - A-milk B-RB
SYNS- total not sure about yet but probably the full 15(+:o)
Here's to a good Sunday all keep the faith all :A

The yogurt bit confuses me, I had syn free yogurt (only 1 a day) but I thought it wasn't allowed and anything other than total EESP changed it to EE day. Not getting itIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning all,
I have somehow managed to lose 2LB this week, I'm really chuffed. I gained 4 over Christmas, less than I normally would have gained, so that's half the gain gone again. I haven't followed the new eesp, I looked out my old green books, and I've tried to do that one. I am mostly vegetarian, so the green suits me better, I know it's going to take me a long time to get down to a decent weight, the scenic route looks OK though!
Big congratulations to all the losers this week, there are some fab lossses on here. Hang on in there to all the STS's, it will all come off eventually, as I said, the scenic route looks fine!
Thank you to Shala for the chart, it must take hours, you are a star!
Hope you all have a good day, the weather has improved a bit, we have sun in Somerset at the moment, hope it lasts. X0 -
Morning, today I'm doing a red day or EESP whichever you want to call it
B: GF rice crispies & BD milk. Coffee with BD milk.
L: Roast Beef, mashed celeriac & swede, LF butter (2), 4 x veg, gravy (2). Pomegranate. Rooibos tea with BD milk.
T: Scrambled egg (2 eggs) & 2 pork sausages (10)
S: 4 x DF chocolate (4) Cocoa.
Over syns but will make up later in week. This is usually my heaviest day for syns but other days I'm often under.Weight loss 0/2st
Inch loss = 0"

Hi All! Hope everyone's doing well! Had my first weigh in yesterday. Lost a staggering -8.5lbs! :O that's the size of my friends newborn and a bit! Crazy! Very happy though!
I've given up on the idea of SP. It gives me a headache to think about it and I enjoy my free foods too much. Up the EE!!!:p
WOW!
Well done you!, can I come and stay with you for a week? I might have a fantastic loss like you too!
