Well done gbatey, mookiepook and amazing Daisy.

Well done on throwing away that half brownie, pennies. I haven’t yet reached the stage where I could do that.

Great idea, nanny, for the weak willed baker.

    A so so day today.

Breakfast: Onken 0% fat apple & mango yogurt, raspberries and blueberries
Lunch: white roll (8syns?), square sausage (????), mustard, fried onions
freezing at football, but the roll had filled me up, so I didn't have anything there - and team came back from HT 3-1 down to finish 3-3, so not bad
Dinner at a fish restaurant on way home: grilled lemon sole, salad, coleslaw (??) - NO CHIPS, not even a stolen one - 2 scoops ice cream

So all in all a day that could have been better, but could have been so much worse.
I really need to get sorted but still needing to eat from freezer.

    Good luck everyone.

I didn't go to WI today, I couldn't face the outside world whoops.

But I've kicked myself up the bum this evening and I'm going to try and kick start the weight los with an EESP day tomorrow.

I'm a carb-lover naturally so it's not going to be the easiest - will have nose back through this thread for some inspiration.

I have breakfast and dinner planned, but after a lunch idea at the mo

Hi All! Hope everyone's doing well! Had my first weigh in yesterday. Lost a staggering -8.5lbs! :O that's the size of my friends newborn and a bit! Crazy! Very happy though! :D

Well done Diasy! That is amazing! :T

Off plan today. Off plan in the sense that I have had a very queezy stomach all day. Only picked at a few grapes. And within the last 90 minutes it has become evident that I have the dreaded "bug". Feel dreadful. Off to bed.

Okay, not feeling totally inspired but here's the plan (not sure if I will need to buy in eggs tomorrow). EESP at the moment is definitely a 'once in while' things for me as I'm struggling with the inspiration

B: 4 ryvita (HEB1) with ham and apple
L: 2 wholemeal toast (HEB2) with poached eggs, Satsuma
D: Pork hock slow cooked in diet coke, roasted carrots and steam veg
    HEA - milk in tea

    Syns - not sure?
