No not muddled at all. On Green you can have 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs if you want. Sorry but I thought you couldn't get FF yogurt so I assumed some syns. Enjoy your HEXs as you've only had Finn Crisps so far! Unless you ate 10!:D

I thought you can have 6 Finn Crisps for HeB? Would love 10!!!
The second HeB was raisins in my breakfast.

Just had dinner. It was risotto with veg, with salad and then OH made some fruit salad too.

Hope your back gets better soon, TIE.

Sending positive vibes to those who are struggling with the plan at the mo.

Oh tweets, thanks for being our SW test pilot. I’m sorry it hasn’t worked out. Maybe, as meg said, there’ll probably be a delayed result.

Well another pretty well behaved day for me, although I did change lunch from frittata to hexa cheese and spring onion omelette. Syns used so far: 2 Garibaldi biscuits (4 syns) and a teeny weeny Empire biscuits - think size of a 10p coin! – (guessing 6 syns), so that leaves me 5 syns for later.

Now Friday may be a challenge!
    Breakfast: WW yogurt and berries
Lunch: out with friend, so who knows!
Dinner: hexb French toast, banana, cinnamon, maple syrup (1 syn)
Then football – but I’ve been managing not to succumb to a tasty Scotch pie for most of this season, so I should be ok.
Usual selection of stuff available for supper, but I’ll have to take account of lunch, as dessert may have been consumed.

Good luck for tomorrow, fellow travellers.

  • Thanks b_e_g :) I used the same proportions as Shala but I just had half a tub of quark left so I used 2 syns worth of powder. I have the canister too (peanut butter and chocolate one sourced from Tesco) and 1 serving is 20g or 4 teaspoons, so I used 2 teaspoons and also a teaspoon of sweetner.

Very nice - I shared it with DH so it's 2 syns for me. Next time I will add a bit more sweetener to counteract the acidity of the quark but I didn't want to overdo it :)

The HB steak n gravy maman was ........... mwah (smacking of lips and wiping gravy from chin :p). It was absolutely delish and will definitely be appearing on the menu again. :D We had it with SW roasties, brussels, cabbage, brocolli - oh and mushrooms in with the steak. While the oven was on we put a rice pud in using Almond Milk so will have some of that later. Still got a heb to use.

    Hugs lantanna and Maisie xx

Sorry to hear that the SW ready meals haven't given you the desired result tweets. Hopefully you will be rewarded next week. My DS had the meatballs and pasta one today and said it was very nice as the sauce had a little bit of a kick to it.

Your meal looks lovely meg. :T

Well I've put on 0.5lb tonight :( so finishing off the challenge very badly..

Never mind, i'm blaming it on hormones as I have been on plan so no reason for a gain.. hopefully it'll go next week and a bit more..

BEG - the sachet is 20g of peanut hottie so you could always measure it out of the jar. (oh just read on a bit more and see you've got the proportions :D)

tweets - I haven't seen the Madonna thing but she'll do anything for publicity so the cynical part of me thinks it may not have been that accidental  sorry to hear you've not had a great loss after sticking to the meals all week!

I may have slightly interrogated my butcher over how the stuff is being made :o If they have nothing to hide it won't bother them :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl: i'm sure he doesn't mind if you buy stuff from him and pass on the word!

TIE - sorry to hear about your back!

    Lantanna - hope you're ok x

Maisie - I know how you feel, just try and take one day at a time or one meal at a time, that's how I did it last week..

stuffed my face with HM pizza tonight :o that'll show that gain *confused* :rotfl:

Back on track tomorrow.. we're going to pick slimming world recipes for all of next week so we'll see how we go!
