Yogurt is fat free, so that is free food. Since there was no meat today, I would call it a green day, so 2 HeBs?

Or have I muddled it all up again???

No not muddled at all. On Green you can have 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs if you want. Sorry but I thought you couldn't get FF yogurt so I assumed some syns. Enjoy your HEXs as you've only had Finn Crisps so far! Unless you ate 10!:D

Well done on your fantastic loss this week and on your 1st shiney :T:T:T. That Club 10 award has your name on it for next week ;).

Have been meaning to try the peanut hottie with quark - must remember to give it a go tonight. How much of the peanut stuff did you use?

    b_e_g

Thanks b_e_g :) I used the same proportions as Shala but I just had half a tub of quark left so I used 2 syns worth of powder. I have the canister too (peanut butter and chocolate one sourced from Tesco) and 1 serving is 20g or 4 teaspoons, so I used 2 teaspoons and also a teaspoon of sweetner.

    Enjoy!

Really don't know what is wrong with me. I had a rubbish weigh in (put on 1.5lbs) and did not think I deserved that at all as I had been really good last week. Since Tuesday I have done nothing but eat and it has not been good. I feel totally pee'd off with myself as I was doing so well and I am now just eating rubbish.:mad:

I am on the social team at my class and can verify that some members get over 15 syns if they have a lot of weight to loose. One man used to attend my class could have 25 syns per day.

Hope you're feeling better ginvzt. I'm just trying to unpick your menu. Am I right in thinking you're having Finn crisps as your HEB? Milk in drinks as your HEA? and raisins and yogurt as syns?

 Oh dear, whatever's the matter?

That's really not fair!! So you've had all their syn free meals, added heaps of veg and lost zilch!! That's some advert for the ready meals! Thanks for trying anyway tweets.

fay, it's hard to put this tactfully:o but generally if you have been told to have 20 syns a day it's because you have a lot to lose. As the weight comes off they'll reduce the syns to the usual 'up to 15' a day. That's where we get the 105 a week from. I'd do as your consultant suggests and have your 20 until they suggest otherwise. One of the things about syns is that it makes the healthy eating plan sustainable. Eating completely without treats can be restrictive and you could give up because you feel deprived.

:T on the losses rolling in, quite a number since I last logged on. Good for you getting down low in the range denise. I couldn't get to WI this morning as I had a meeting. I had thought of going to another group tonight but it wouldn't be a true reading compared to morning WIs. So I'm aiming for next Thursday.

I'm envious of you with butchers doing SW products. They won't be official (I think that's partly as SW don't make money from it and it would need a lot of testing) but it has to be worth a try.

    MY EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: lentil and veg soup
D: gammon, SW chips, cauli and broccoli cheese
Syns: squirt of syrup, cheese sauce

Cheese sauce is a bit synful but I bought the most enormous cauliflower this week and I have to think of another way of serving it. Plus I just love cheese:D.

I am just glad I didn't pay for the meals £21 would have made me  I normally have loads veg with my meals but don't eat as much fruit.

    Better lose next week ;)
