Amazing tweets!! Well done!!
CP xxSlimming World Challenge 2017 0/30.5lb
Grocery challenge 2017 JAN: £5.56/£3500 -
Good luck jock with your experiment . Love caramac how many syns is it please ?
8.5 which I thought was pretty good. one of those and a party ring is ten. I had a chicken tikka salad in subway with a little sw sauce and a bit of mango chutney with tea, so I've given five syns for that. So another day dead on plan.
Well I have an extra mullerlight that SP is a no no. Well it says you should have an extra bit of dairy, so it is sort of ok0 -
:j:jTWEETS!! :j:j
Thank you for the review of that curry too, I might still give it a go at some point but not in a desperate rush to go to Iceland!
Right ladies and jock, I have my determined head on. Well, it's lasted two days so far anyhow :rotfl:
I've had too many weeks lately with naughty treats and getting gains/sts or small losses. Not happy when I know I should and could be doing better.
So will not be oversynning, will plan to a reasonable degree (way more than I usually do anyway!) and try and keep on plan 100%. Today in work I really didn't have enough food with me, I seem to want to graze and need more healthy bits. I had apples, satsumas & carrot sticks plus an HEB sandwich, 4 syn pack of crisps and a mugshot. I do drink loads of water at work though, and I work on the 3rd floor so there's some BM there too
I'd really like a 2lb loss at next WI. It's a long time since I've got that much. Won't hit my target for the challenge but I'll just have to accept that I sabotaged myself
The rest of the homity pie for tea, and I'll be shopping tomorrow and have a desire for cottage pie so will get some bits in.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

I get the feeling you're pleased with yourself, and so you should be, that's a brilliant result, well done! :TTonight tea was Sweet Potato Curry.
I enjoyed it and ate the full portion
Thanks for reviewing the ready meals and for posting the recipe on the pack. It looks very nice, but 6 cloves of garlic in 1 portion? Everyone would be backing away!

Well done tweets - you've also meet your target for the challenge :j:j
Crabapple - what a good idea for lent!! not sure I could do it though, i'd be too curious..
Beanie - hope the lurgy leaves you and Lois soon xxAlso the beef comes from Argentina & the chicken from Thailand so not sustainably sourced in my eyes!
Just my opinion! :rotfl:
There was a question on the website asking about why the meat isn't British and it was kind of side stepped.. you would have hoped that they'd have kept it in the country but I guess it doesn't work out cost effective enough!
Well I managed to STS tonight.. miracle of miracles. Technically I put on 3lbs last week so this week I've lost it again but in my SW book/record I've stayed the same as I didn't go to class last week :j:T well happy with that!
I need 1lb this week coming to get to 13.7 which is what I wanted to be by my birthday so i'm a little ahead of target as we're still 3 weeks away!
So I pledge to try and lose at least 1lb this week
I got my copy of the Food Glorious Food book too, had a quick look and it's not a great book for someone who already likes to cook as it's basic recipes - never mind i'll still try some of them!
off to eat my treat doughnut  "see" you all tomorrow!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
