Tonight tea was Sweet Potato Curry.

I enjoyed it and ate the full portion
I microwaved it took 11 mins in total.
Some will find it a bit spicy but I found it just right for my tastes. Wasn't a runny curry not much juice at all which took me by surprise.
The spinach was a bit bland but I don't particularly like spinach. Otherwise I would recommend this meal. But unsure if there would be enough for two especially if you like a big portion

Had WI this morning and managed a STS. Pleased with that as have been off plan for the last couple of days - Tuesday in France so 3 course meal with wine for lunch. My sister had bought breakfast for us and produced danish pastries:eek:. Was so full after the huge lunch didn't need anything in the evening.
Yesterday went to Wisley and had a bacon & egg wrap - was very nice but suspect was all my syns! Also had a couple of glasses of wine when I got home.
Line drawn and back on plan today. Green day:
B - tub of grapes after WI
L - LO shepherds pie with brocolli (HEB mince)
D - HM veggie mushy pea curry with rice
HEA - milk
HEB1 - mince
HEB2 - Ryvita
Syns: butter 4; wine ?

Well done Tweets I am so pleased for you. You are clever.
I just wish I could do just half of what you have done, but I can't. I think it's stuck to me like glue. Whatever I do I can't shift it and I am being very patient. It must be my medication or I am doing something wrong.
Anyway once again well done and congrats to everyone else.

I have been healthy eating SW 32 weeks.
I don't post my menu because I never have breakfast and bet a few other things will be not quite right but if I am losing that's what counts .0
