Hi Everyone
Late getting to a computer this morning as soooooo busy at work.
Shala I'm reporting another STS this week despite mixing things up and watching everything I ate like a hawk. So plan for this week is to post up my menus and hopefully someone will spot something that I am missing as I've run out of ideas!!
I tend to do EE or Green days
B Oats so simple multigrain sachet (HEB) with SS milk from HEA
L Fruit salad consisting of apple, grapes, orange and pear with a Weight Watchers FF yoghurt
Snack Banana
D liver and onions cooked with frylight, mashed swede and carrot and brussel sprouts, gravy (2 syns)
Supper Pink and white (2.5 syns) OR Velvet Crunch (5 syns)
Drinks are NAS vimto or fruit teas and I try to bank syns through the week for weekend vodka!!
Off to catch up with the rest of you
Hi,
Might be worth looking at some of the items on your daily intake, and you may see some changes
Your lunch is a very hight sugar (albeit natural) intake, maybe try to replace with some veg or salad items. The high intake of of sugar will cause an insulin spike in your body?
Do you feel very hungry an hour or so later? Cravings?0 -
yes shala, there were quite a few of them looked awful at that event. Oh apparently it is stocked in Tesco here so hopefully I will get some later in the week.
Jocks its funny how big trousers can actually get when you lose weight lol. My work ones were once compared to German lederhosen by a work colleague at one stage
Just remembered I have a bag of stir fry veg in the fridge needs using up so its chicken stir fry for tea.
I have just eaten a whole melon, it was a small one mind and on the verge of going off but still a whole one :rotfl:0 -
Chucked all my comically fat clothes the other day, there was just stuff I couldn't realistically wear. I'm now making my own notches in an L belt after the XL one got stupid. I've noted that a M belt and an L belt don't seem to cross over, so a M is still too thin, but a L is too big. Not sure what genius came up with that.0

The reason I came on to post was that ALDI are doing Fry Light for £1.49 from Thursday.0

Hiya
I've got a fancy for a baked apple, stuffed with mincemeat and slathered in custard...
I didn't know there was a Facebook page either, I'll have to search for it. I used to post on the Lose Weight thread here on MSE and we started a Fb page, it's probably still there somewhere.
It was quite funny to start with as no-one knew who anyone was because we have nicknames here and proper names there. I still keep in touch with some of my virtual weight loss friends on Fb (including Beanielou) and we still refer to each other by abbreviated versions of our MSE usernames..!
On the subject of what to wear for WI, when I was attending a group a target member turned up to be weighed and she must have been just out of target range because she proceeded to peel off clothes, ending up in her knickers and vest top! She looked fine, but I bet she wouldn't have done that when she first started.
Back later,
LL

I suppose you could count the LowLow cheese as a HEA. It's probably similar to Philly whiplashy. I don't know what sort of cheese is in the packs.
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas
L: cold lamb, fried veg, beetrootsavoury mince, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage, broccoli and cauli
Syns: scrape of spread0
