    Congratulations, whiplash, jps and Mildredd.

Well I forgot to WI this morning (a Freudian slip?)

    today went:

Breakfast: ML strawberry fruitopolis (½ syn) and banana
Lunch with friend: beetroot smoked salmon, rocket and some kind of mustard dressing, mashed potato, steak (just realised there were no veg!!!)
Began to feel odd/light headed and left earlier than planned. :(
Dinner: hexb sandwich with cooked ham
Snack: ice cream - wanted to eat something but didn't have energy to chew
Still feeling lousy, drinking lots of water though.

tomorrow I will try to remember to WI!!!

Breakfast: hexb Quaker Oat Crisp, blueberries, splash ss milk
Lunch: Batchelor's pasta 'n' sauce (½ or 1 syn depending what I've got), beetroot
Dinner: sc redcurrant orange chicken (I will use up that jar of redcurrant jelly) - probably about 10 syns per portion  but it's an easy make with what I have in the house when I can't really be bothered, potatoes, sprouts & carrots

    Night all x

  • Reporting in with a 2.5lb loss this week Shala which means I am now the proud owner of a 6st shiney :j:j:j. Thought it was going to be a bit touch and go whether I would get it so I tried not to think about it too much. Just celebrated with a bowl of Carte D'or Vanilla Ice-cream - light of course :p:rotfl:and I might have another cuppa tea and some choccie.

Well done to all other losers :T

Bought a countdown 12 week countdown tonight so will get new free book next week and picked up some of the new HiFi Rhubarb and Custards to try.

Another 2lb to shift and then I will be 14stone something :j

Good luck for the rest of the week everyone.

    :jfantastic news b-e-g :j

Well I am slinking in (glass of wine in hand :o) to confess that all I have done over the last few days is eat and eat and eat :o. I had been doing so well and feeling so much better for it then a string of bad news knocked me right off the wagon and into the chocolate.

What does make me feel better though is the fact that I am telling you all instead of giving up and fully embracing old habits :) I need to accept that when times are tough that I may wobble or fall spectacularly however I can pick myself up, dust myself off and embrace the 0% fat yoghurt and carry on :D

As Scarlet said...... Tomorrow is another day!

    beg congratulations on your shiney.

Had a good weekend and not too many syns which is always a bonus.

Made campfire stew last night and it was delicious and there is easily enough left for another three meals for me and OH. Was worried about it being watery when I came home and looked in the slow cooker but when I shredded the pork it soaked up the juices.had it with cubie potatoes and brocolli.

Going to buy a 12 week countdown tonight so that should keep me motivated til after Easter.
  • Got my weigh in tonight, I'm down 2lbs this week on my scales but I think my loss last week was too much and I think I'll only be showing a fairly small loss if any.

There were pics of the SW meals on the website and we're going to get 4 vouchers for 2 for a fiver. They seem generally expensive for what they are, I'm fairly certain I can knock up a Singapore Noodles for the whole family for £3 and I cannot see my paying £3 for six sausages.

I'm on my own all next week, so I might give a few of the ready meals a go as an experiment, I lost X eating the ready meals, etc. Don't care for fish but some of them sound quite nice.

    Morning all

Stuck to plan last night. Only addins were gravy on the dinner (roast) a second Alpen light and a bowl of grapes and ff natural yoghurt.

    Today's plan:

B: overnight oats (heb) with blackberries
    Sn: apple
L: pasta with a meaty stew sauce (1 syn for gravy added)
Sn: 1x Aplen Light (3 syns)
    D: think we're having a fakeaway curry

    Hea: milk in tea
    Other syns: not aure yet

    Have a good day all

Jocks, I need to do a big chucking out again if I can just get my head in the right place right now to be bothered doing it.
Whiplashy I use Low Low Cheese and count 2 20g slices as my HEA that’s what I’ve ate the entire time I’ve been doing SW usually for cheese. Sometimes I buy the reduced fat mature cheddar slices in Lidl and just count them the same way.
Sorry to hear about the jumper tweets, annoying when you’ve been waiting to get something too!
Enjoy your Red Hot Buffet world Mrs Ryan, we don’t have one of those so I am intrigued!
I’m still having a mental breakdown about Valentines Day and anything men or love related so please ignore my ranting and dodgy form as I’m sure it will continue for the rest of the week. Normally I wouldn’t give two hoots but one particular male has well and truly embedded himself under my skin and I'm like a coiled spring this week.
Hope your feeling more like yourself soon Wizkid!
Well done BEG!!!! One more shiney and you’ve overtaken me in the shiney stakes!! Your doing amazingly well!!
Rummer just keep going, happens to us all! I’m a real mood for chocolate but keep telling myself if I get to Thursday I can have some then and that seems to work for me.
I keep forgetting about the Ready Meals, I’m never in Iceland so unlikely I’ll end up trying them unless the sausages end up getting rave reviews! :rotfl:
