    If you like Peanut butter i had a lovely dessert last night - quark mixed with sweetner and Peanut hottie (it's like a hot choc drink from sainsburys but PB) then i dipped fruit into it. i imagine it would be lovely with banana... it's a coupe of syns depending on how much powder you use, i think i used less that half the sachet.

    Woo Hoo - methinks I have seen some of this in the cupboard belonging to DS - :shhh: :rotfl:

    Seabee - i can't see anything wrong with your menu, but are you not hungry after only fruit for lunch? :eek: i'd be ravenous! And also how can you only eat one of those pink n whites.. i'd have to have the whole packet otherwise i wouldn't sleep with them calling to me:rotfl:
    Your lunch is a very hight sugar (albeit natural) intake, maybe try to replace with some veg or salad items. The high intake of of sugar will cause an insulin spike in your body?

    Do you feel very hungry an hour or so later? Cravings?

    Thanks for the replies. TBH I have to make a concerted effort to have lunch as I usually get caught up doing stuff. I can't remember ever not working through some part of my lunch hour. After so many years I don't really get hungry through the day. But am ravenous by the time I get home which is why I prep dinner or put something in the slow cooker before work to make sure dinner is ready as soon as possible to stop me raiding the cupboards!

    Shala, I can resist the pink and whites as I don't really like them, but they take a while to eat if you pull them apart!

    Menu for tomorrow will be a green day as follows;

    B fresh pineapple and ff Greek yogurt
    L 3 sesame ryvita (heb) 4 laughing cow extra light blue (hea) carrot, celery and cucumber
    Snack banana
    D lentil Dahl (with bns, aubergine, courgettes, carrot, onion and tomatoes) served with rice
    Supper crisps (5 syns)

    Drinks will be fruit teas and coffees using 2nd hea milk
  • The reason I came on to post was that ALDI are doing Fry Light for £1.49 from Thursday.

    I think the Frylight was on for £1.50 in A$da this morning too.
