Well I think I've totally blown it this week. Hubby suggested a chinese takeaway tonight and I agreed!! It must be a year since we had one and I cook totally SW normally.
I had a king prawn curry with egg fried rice and it was delicious. Then my DD arrived with chocolate biscuits and I had four .... This is the person who never has biscuits in the house!!!
My willpower just disappeared tonight.:(0 -

Shala, only a -1/2lbs loss this week
I am a bit annoyed as I was so careful and even the day I was snacking I only went 5 syns over total. Plus I exercised quite a few times too. It is a loss but not as much of a loss as I had hoped.
Over the last few days I have received a lot of bad news and have fallen back into the sugar trap. I know it is an emotional response however gaining more weight is not going to make me feel any better.
Any good strategies to avoid emotional eating during tricky times?Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
Evening all! I hope everyone's having a good weekend. I went to my first ever spinning class morning and boy do I know it - I can barely move now!
Food-wise, here's what's passed my lips today:
Breakfast - Banana
Lunch - Cheese (HEA) and beans on wholemeal toast (HEB) followed by a WW yogurt
Dinner - Birdseye BBQ chicken chargrill (3.5 syns) with hassleback potatoes, homemade ratatouille and salad.
Snacks: Popcorn (6 syns), creme brulee hot chocolate (5 syns), melon0 -
When I have fruit that needs 'used' I sometimes chop it and through it in freezer--it makes 'sucky' sweets! or dip the chopped fruit in yogurt, plain or flavoured, and place on baking paper in freezer. Makes nice sweets!0
