:hello: I didn't manage to get on yesterday as had really busy day and got home late. Managed to stay on plan except for small tweak of oven chips instead of making my own.
:Tto everyone who's lost.Yes. Eggs are free on all plans
Don't think called superfree just free.
Since the new books came out the wording Superfree has now been changed to Speed food. That's basically most (but not all) fruit and veg. Eggs have always been free but now they count as a P (Protein) food which is good as a meat replacement.Morning everyone :0 miss newbie Sw here again
B Alpen light bar heb , muller light yoghurt, milk heba for tea
L not decided.
D Bacon toms 2 syn low fat sausages, toms, egg, beans, 1 wholemeal toast hebb
snack rocky road 3 syn,
I keep going on the scales and my weight hasnt reduced yet, does anyone else keep doing it.?
I know I'm a dreadful nag but you really must try to have more Speed food. At the moment your menu just has tomatoes. You're meant to have at least a third at every meal (although personally I balance it through the day).greentiger wrote: »I've been feeling rotten the last few days - either burning hot or chilled to the bone. As a result, I just couldn't stick to plan. Still not great so lots of easy options today. Not even going to the football, so that's bad.
Can anyone tell me if I can count stewed fruit as free? (e.g. chopped apples/pears or forest fruit) I know sugar would need synned - what about sweetener? I know fruit would need to be synned if it was pureed. I can't get my head round "abuse" of stuff. I have some wrinkly fruit that needs using up and I want to avoid using it in cake/ muffins. Thanks.
Sorry to hear you're poorly. They'll probably go and win today!! No stewed fruit isn't free but it's not high syn either for the Speed ones. So apple is 1.5 or blackberries 1 for 100g. I think it's something to do with being able to eat far more when it's soft and slips down compared to crunching a piece of fresh fruit. You can use stewed fruit as a HEB too.
I need to be careful with chocolate too and cheese.:o The last couple of nights I've had a couple of squares of choc and a small cracker and cheese. I'm blaming DH for offering them to me when I'm tired and weak willed!;) Must try harder.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: not sure, maybe JPchicken, roasted veg (onion, tomato, mushrooms, courgettes, garlic, peppers) potatoes, broccoli.
Syns: squirt of syrup, weekend wine.:j0 -
Green tiger think if you stew fruit it has syns same as pureed, sweetner is free.Slimming World at target0

Just watched food and drink with Tom Kerridge, who is looking amazing having lost 9 stone! Anyone else see it?
He gave up carbs and is virtually teetotal.
The food tonight looked lovely, but I was a bit surprised when he took a blowtorch to little gem lettuce!

Love Tom, he's looking fab these days.
wi for Shala - loss 3lb
So that's the gain gone plus a friend.
Really poorly again, had a massive coughing fit while reading story to class yesterday, worried a few of them as I tried to get past them to get someone else's attention as on my own. Couldnt breathe either. Had another at end of day and ended up ringing hubby to come get me as felt awful. Feeling lousy today and guttered as nephew, wife and new baby are visiting this weekend and I'm too poorly to see themIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

More fab losses on here, well done all :T
I hate the days when I catch up on reading this thread (like yesterday) then don't get chance to post and when I come back (today) there's a load more to read!
Things here are improving, both with the back and with my eating. Not totally back on track though and I need to have a stern word with myself :rotfl:
I found at group it's been easy to talk to people just because I have baby with me and everyone wants to coo over him! There's some lovely people in my group and I don't mind the idea of going when (if?) I hit target. Probably won't go every week though.
I missed my first WI this week after 30+ weeks of SW and my consultant texted me to ask how I was doing. Told her I couldn't walk Tuesday night but didn't have the guts to admit I'd not exactly been on plan... Next week will tell all I guess.
Not sure how badly it's gone as my scales have died. Hubby is off shopping right now and getting a new battery for them.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Thanks maman and meg. Is stewed apple hexb on EE?
I follow your logic re crunching, maman. But I don’t “crunch” berries! Probably to do with digestion then?

Hi everyone just popping in to report a loss of 1lb this week :-)
Really pleased cos I've been off sick with a slipped disc so haven't moved about much at all. Have stuck to the plan and eaten lots of fruit and home made veg soup - will repeat that this week too once back at work. Must drink more water though, I find it hard to get it down me in the winter, easier in the summer months! Thanks for all the motivation folks xxSober October = 0 alcohol free days

STS for the chart pls Shala :-)
At the risk of sounding like a SW consultant, are you happy with that result, were you expecting it? Feel free to share your menus or ask questions if you need any help.mookiepook wrote: »Hi everyone just popping in to report a loss of 1lb this week :-)
