    Hey you!!

I would have cried at the car too. I am currently too upset about having to sort out ID for a solicitor to sleep. This should not upset me. I am a grown up. But I let everything run out of date because I wasn't going abroad and my license is only provisional and now I am panicking. I think we are similar characters you and I.

Sorry work is so... long even when it is OK and I am loving the sound of your food this week just gone!! :D

You've done more exercise than me. I think it is a bit late to try pilates but I fell asleep instead of doing it earlier. maybe it will help me sleep.

    Big hugs!! xxx

Hello Lilt. :) I get panicky and upset over things that other people seem to find easy and not a big deal. :( I was so upset over the blocking in incident that I kept thinking about it and worrying - although it was over and nothing that bad had actually happened!

I obsess over stupid things and always have done - I used to worry every night when I was around 7 about not having the right bus fare for going to school and what would happen if I didn't have the right change etc etc. I still obsess when I have to go somewhere or do something unfamiliar and rehearse it all in my head. If I'm driving somewhere I have to visualise the journey and plan it all out and if I've never been there before I freak out a bit (a lot) inside. Enough about my weirdness though. :rotfl:

I hope you managed to get some sleep last night. If you did do your Pilates, hope it helped. :)

Work feels never ending at the moment, just need my days off. RE food, we're trying to eat a bit better and make more things instead of just being lazy and ordering a takeaway because we're tired and grumpy from shift work.

Ooh did I remember to mention that one pot with my chillies in has a few tiny tiny shoots? :j:j I hope they actually survive. :D

Plan today is to clean bathrooms, empty bathroom & kitchen bins and then do 20-30 mins of yoga to de-stress. Then it can be couch time - so looking forward to lying down and relaxing. Such a horrible day outside too, just makes me want to get a blanket and lie down. :o

yay!! Fingers crossed you get some chilli's! My sister ended up with TONNES on her plant and used the seeds for the following year :)

I didn't get to do pilates. I will do it today when I have rid of the small. I've hit my steps for the day so don't need to try and fit in any more walking and drag neighbours in to babysit sleeping small to do it. So I can just lie on the bedroom floor and do it. I have also bought a skipping rope :rotfl: - used to love it but am hoping it just helps build my lungs because I am so ridiculously unfit!!

I feel like I haven't got the balance right with my food yet. Weirdly I had bulletproof coffee this morning and it really has filled me up all day! I've eaten like 2 macadamia nuts and nothing else today! Crazy as that sounds, the bulletproof coffee has butter, coconut oil and double cream mixed in so it isn't a reckless I am going to faint sort of fast. Just fat to keep my metabolism up!

Didn't get much sleep last night so could have done with a nap but never mnage to sit. Will go to bed early tonight instead. :D xx

Did all my cleaning yesterday and 20 mins of yoga.

Today came home and 12 mins of HIIT and 30 mins of yoga. Knees feeling achey again. :(

For dinner tonight I made a tuna pasta bake with garlic bread and a beetroot, carrot and feta cheese salad to go with it. Have also put chilli in the slow cooker for tomorrow's dinner so don't have to do too much when I get home. :)

Last shift tomorrow. :j For two days anyway. Oh well, the extra money will be useful from the overtime shift.

    Hooray for last shift!!

Keep on going hun, you can do it! Also have you got any glucosamine supplements or anything for your knees? Had to have them as my knees were terrible as a kid, one would go, would put on a knee support and by the time it was fixed I would have to swap it to the other one. Good news is I took the tablets and I worked at exercises to strengthen my knees and core, and it really helped. not that I have a core any more but I still have knees!

Dinner and chilli sound lovely! I just dragged out some bacon and beef burgers I made last week as mum is going to bring minted lamb burgers but they are too carby for yours truly. Always thinking.

I'm starting work an hour and a half early tomorrow. Nightmare :( but must be done! xx

:j Finished my 7 day run of shifts. :j Back at work in 2 days for an overtime shift but then have 2 more days off.

Glucosamine would be a good idea Lilt, I used to take it when I first hurt my knee years ago but stopped taking it. Will order some when I get more omega 3 capsules. Will keep working on knee exercises.

    Hope work wasn't too bad.

Have been a bit lazy since I got home from work, having an exercise break today as knees are still achey. Had a mini cheeseboard with DH & will be having slow cooker chilli soon. :)

    Payday tomorrow.

Just finished 30 mins of yoga and feel a lot better for it although knees are still not great.

Car was taken for its service today and all ok. Paid for through the service plan so no actual charge and also found out that the dealership do a free collect and deliver service, so next time I can ask them to collect the car, do the service and bring it back to me again. :j:j

We dropped my car off and then went for breakfast, had some lovely eggs benedict. :) Then went to get some clothes & shoes for DH for our holiday, which is in just over 2 weeks.

DH away out with his friend tonight so I'm the taxi service again. Had the rest of the tuna pasta bake for my dinner with one garlic slice and have done the ironing. I know how to do Friday nights. :rotfl:

Pay day today so have paid £150 off 0% BT CC and £50 off the 0% holiday CC. The 0% runs out on the BT CC at the end of August and balance is currently just over £1k. I'm hoping to pay £250 p/m off it again starting next pay day but that will still leave a balance of £280 when the 0% runs out, will need to try and make some survey money to make extra payments.

Going out for lunch with my family tomorrow for my brother's birthday, which isn't actually until next week but both DH & I will be working then.

Had a nice day out with the family yesterday but ate and drank far too much. :o

Was up at 5am again today for my overtime shift, luckily it wasn't a bad shift and the extra money will come in handy. :)

Horrible weather here today - windy and rainy and miserable. :( DH is making me a nice dinner of garlic & Rosemary chicken breasts with normal roast potatoes, roast sweet potatoes, roasted pepper, red onion & courgette and some pan fried mushrooms. :j Sitting with my glass of wine while he's busy. :) He also hoovered the whole house and steam cleaned the kitchen floor. :T

Need to do some yoga later as didn't do any exercise yesterday.

Well didn't do any yoga last night as fell asleep on the couch after my dinner. :o Then sat & watched the last 2 episodes of Vikings, have finished the first season & it has started to get more interesting.

Did 30 mins of yoga this morning & went on the exercise bike for 5 mins which didn't hurt my knee as much as the cross trainer usually does. Will try 10 mins next time.

Was at the dentist for a check up, all fine, just had a scale and polish. Went to Ald! afterwards and got some shopping to do us when we go back to work.

Also moved some of my seedlings from the tray they were in to pots and they are looking pretty good. :) Both chilli pots that I planted seeds in have shoots so hopefully I will eventually get some chillies from them. :j

Have had an extremely lazy day today as back to work tomorrow. :( However in 2 weeks we will be away on holiday in the lovely sun. :j

Need to sort out the clothes I'm taking & check that everything still fits. :o

Did 25 mins of yoga this morning and felt better for it, my arms seem to be getting stronger which is good. :) Haven't lost any weight though :( but have limited my cardio due to sore knees. Going to try the exercise bike instead of the cross trainer & see how it goes.

Planning on making some soup for work either tonight or tomorrow, not sure what flavour yet.
