I am looking for help, not for offending. Save this picture for yourself.

You have been told by several people it is your fault 100%.

You don't want to listen to that and seem to think that if you talk for long enough people will agree with you.....they won't though.

Go and buy your self an echo chamber and have a conversation with yourself you unfortunate person, because you only seem to want to hear something that conforms to your very wrong point of view.

    Goodbye!

I do appreciate other people's advice. I also accepted that I have made a mistake. But some people here are very mean. It sounds to me like driving audi q7 is a fault.

All the people replied my post only talked about my mistake. Nobody really talked about this car park company. Why you don't want to take any action against this kind of company?

Allow more cars in the car park, is that correct? It seems to me you guys think this is correct.

Private land, they can do what they like.
  • OP you are receiving crude responses because of what you post, for example, when you said that the Audi Q7 is the best car for your needs because you have 2 babies. I mean honestly, do you not see why that's a silly thing to say? Also, the fact that you cannot accept responsibility for you own mistake.

I suggest you repair the car asap or you when it comes to returning the car when the lease is over, they charge extra ordinary amounts for scratches/dents.

It is, it's their car park, they can admit as many (or few) cars as they want.
There are no regulations or controls on how many they should admit.

Yes, they should get a ticket. They provide service to public, not to their family members.
eh? Their family members may have also been there and paid just as much as you. Did they instruct another driver/vehicle to block you in?
You could have thought damn i wont get out of that space i will speak to the organisers to get the car shifted.

If they provide a service to public, then there should be a standard. They can't just have their own rules. That's just not right.
They had a parking space and you used it. And yes they can have their own rules. Same way any shop keeper can refuse to serve you. As long as its not discrimination through age or sex etc. A shop keeper can say i dont like the look of your hat please leave the store. Its his shop.

I would like to say, in this incident, I have 50% responsibility and the company got the other 50%. I didn't get the space I paid for. They squeeze more cars in to make more profit which cause this incident.
Wrong. you were 100% in the wrong and 100% to blame. You hit a fixed object. Nobody forced you to drive into it.
You could have gone to someone and said you need a car moving because they blocked you in.

Anyone can answer my question, if a overloaded bus has a accident, then whose fault?
If the bus driver hit a fixed object as you did then the overloading is a moot point. The driver would be totally to blame whether overloaded or empty.

If you order a hot coffee you should expect it to be hot.
I think you need to move to the US where its always someone elses fault.

You misjudged it and damaged your vehicle. You have learned a lesson in life and time to move on. Only yourself to blame.

It's how you were driving it that is at fault.

I didnt read all the thread as it started to read as if the OP is a troll

OP if you are not a troll, then take a look at yourself. YOU moved the car YOU hit the pillar, it was YOUR fault

some of the analagies you have posted are ridiculous (about the bus with too many passangers).

If you didnt have room you could have spoken with the operators BEFORE you moved the car
  • I give up, the guy is so dense that even when numerous people tell him he's wrong he STILL insists that the car park is to blame FOR HIS ERROR.
Mr Yang, please can I suggest that you get rid of this huge car that you are incapable of driving safely and get rid of your attitude problem at the same time.

If the OP had spoken to the staff, they might have moved the offending cars. In my experience of central London car parks, double parking is not unusual but the staff normally ask for the keys in case shunting is required.

If he didn't speak to them, he's got no-one to blame but himself.

If he did, and they couldn't help, he's got a legitimate grievance. But a proportionate response would be an apology or a bunch of flowers for the inconvenience.
