Right, I did a 1 mile run earlier and then went for my PT session! My PT is really lovely and just about pushy enough to not get my back up! Today we did treadmill, resistance weight thingies, boxing, some other resistance thingy and some dumbells plus a variety of crunches. I could barely steer the car home, no idea how I'm going to write on the board tomorrow! I'm going back for my next session tomorrow night - a bit soon but all we could both fit in, but at least it's a leg focus rather than more on my poor arms!
I've also been shopping and stocked up on healthy food and snacks for the week ahead. I've got roasted veg and quinoa tomorrow which comes to just over 30 cals. I must say the thing I loved about WW was that virtually all fruit and veg was free which made tracking really quick!
I was naughty and weighed myself this morning and had put on 3lbs since new year's day! Trying not to panic and hoping it'll go back down again by Weds!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

I'm in at 166lbs with a first target of 136lbs. I am using the myfitplan along with the jawbone up. I'm on day six and seems to be going well. The up tracks my steps and sleep patterns then syncs with the mfp.Total debt Feb 2012 = £54354.11 😳

Evening everyone, sounds like we've all had good weekends. I've made a massive batch of soup for lunches this week with lots of beans in it for added protein. Back on the exercise tomorrow and my legs have only just recovered from leg day on Friday! Back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks off and I'm not looking forward to it!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

I'm all in a quandary - have been looking at cross trainers. Need to do more exercise but can't decide should I buy a cross trainer ( approx £350) or shall I join the local gym ( yearly cost approx £500). Have been a member of several gyms over the year and spend most of my time on the cross trainer. Have just reduced my phone bill by £22 a month so could put that towards the gym fees. I could also get a PT when I need a little motivational help. But I also like the idea of coming home putting the dinner on and then working out on the cross trainer whilst it is cooking.
Have spent the last two weeks looking at machines and memberships. Help!2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Oops, that was meant to say 300 cals!
I can see your dilemma re the cross trainer. Depends if you have the space, I had an exercise bike that just became a clothes horse in the corner of the bedroom...
Just popping on to say good luck to everyone, as its my first day back at work it feels like the first day proper. I can just about move my upper body after yesterday!!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Back to work for me too after 4 days off!
On the plus side it will mean lots of running around, and will hopefully hit my 10k steps. Have to do the weekly food shop after work, so will have no time for much exercise today. Hopefully will do some more skipping like I did yesterday, so that I'm doing something. Gym with SIL on Tuesday evening, so will hit it hard then.
I've just realised I'm away this weekend for my brothers 21st  that should be an interesting challenge for my new healthy eating plan :rotfl: especially as it includes a meal out at the pub...0
