Morning all
Didn't do the park run as my excuse was it was so icy and the ground was so frozen I didn't want to break an ankle:rotfl: It didn't stop a 137 others doing though !
TBH I wasn't feeling it yesterday and the headache was bad its slightly better today thank goodness
However I did manage to get to the gym and do 30 mins uphill on the treadmill and then was going to do some other weighs etc but couldn't be bothered so came home and sat on my backside in front of the fire :eek:But did slightly stick to the diet
Sometimes I find it hard to get motivated and feel I am in a bit of a black hole at the momentThink its just the Christmas come down which often happens to me. I am sure I cant be the only one can I ?
Oh well onwards and upwards (not weight) and lets just see what today brings
Good vibes to all
Mav x

I hope it's not too late to join in.
I have a shed load of weight to lose and can't face putting the 3 digit number down so will pm it to the OP.
I've also had to set up a new user name so no one can identify me, that's how ashamed I am
But it's time to get on and do something about it and hopefully with the support of this forum I won't be doing it alone.
Good luck to everyone0 -
Welcome Waistnotwantone - best username ever! Good luck with your battle, we're all here to support not judge x
Fmess and Mav, don't beat yourselves up too much, today is another day so just get back on the horse.
I feel like I've had a great start in that I've run every day this year, but it's going to be a massive struggle finding the time and motivation after I go back to work tomorrowWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Welcome to all the newcomers!
Yesterday I bought a couple of small jars and a tub of pretty glass beads to make my weight lost/weight still to lose jars. I've put the 29 (one for each lb) beads in the jar, just need to make little labels for them and will post a pic!
Hopefully it helps to motivate me. Thanks ever so much for the link Dinah. Visual hits are really useful for me.
Had Weetabix and 1% milk for breakfast. Yum. Trying to use up all the odds n sods in the kitchen cupboards and fridges. Probably got enough left for another 3 days of this for breakfast, then will move onto ready brek.
Hopefully will pop to the gym for a cardio day today. If I can't get up there will have a skipping session. That is sooooo exhausting and burns lots of calories0 -
I don't know if anyone goes on, or is a member of The Running Bug website, but they have a January challenge about to start on Monday.
Basically you tell them how much you currently run (you can put 0 if you have never ran before), then each week they will email you a healthy eating plan for the week and a routine for running. I'm looking forward to seeing if that can help me improve my fitness and will be a good guide for me to know what to eat and how much I need to give me the oomph I need to run.
.......
Oh, I popped into Lidl's this morning as well, as they are selling fitness items in their specials section this week! I got a thigh toner for £4.99. Had a go earlier and my thighs were burning within 30 seconds  I have a long way to go before I dare call myself fit lol :rotfl:
Eyebright Thanks for the tips. Signed up to the Running Bug and looking forward to my e mail. Planning a trip to Lidl tomorrow too.0 -
Logged my calories on MFP, 11 under for the day. Really want an orange but not as much as I want to stay under my goal! Got a 20 minute workout in yesterday even with a migraine, which I'm proud of, but neither child has napped today so I've struggled, going to go twice as long tomorrow while DD is in nursery to make up for it.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Please can I join? Currently 158lb, hoping to lose 20lb. I'm starting the Harcombe Diet tomorrow (although some serious food shopping is needed!) - I've done it before and felt loads better, except it's very difficult to follow if you don't have control of the cooking and shopping.
Thank you for the link to the Running Bug website challenge, I've signed up - aiming to do a 5K race in June, the countdown starts now! Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
No. 12 Starting weight 197lbs
I'm starting a new fitness regime tomorrow so here's hoping I can get closer to my goal weight of 126lbs this year! I finished the year at 200lbs so I've already lost some just by moving a bit more... But I put my starting weight at 197lbs as that's what I'll be using as my start weight for my gym/training/better eating habits!Make £10 a day challenges - 2014 Jul-Dec - £1911!!!

Put my exercise bike together this morning. That was more of a workout than actually being on it is!
Definitely needed three or four hands at some points instead of just the two I had.
Did ten minutes on it once it was up. Going to start easy, building up the minutes before I start looking at the distances. Got to work out all the different programmes and things for it too.
Got some veg and fruit in and got a spicy red lentil soup simmering away in the slow cooker to finish off my lunches for the week.Feb NST #4
