  • Finally caught up – apologies for the long post!

:bdaycake: HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY FIESTY! :bdaycake:

murie oh no your fall sounds epic! It's one of those things that even if you couldn't see a single soul anywhere, somebody somewhere would have seen you! I hope you weren't too hurt.

Gettingtherequickly haha love the fact someone thought you put a condom in their kit! :rotfl:

freepsirit oh i'm sorry to hear your DD is still having the symptoms, how awful for her, after you have treatment like that you just hope it will work. I hope they can find something to help her. Poor little Thumper, how horrible for you all and miserable for him. I really do hope he is turning that corner and is much better soon. It's fab that they called to check on him too, that is a very rare thing to happen! Although I have to say when I had PND my doctor was fantastic, she would call me to check on me too and it meant so much to me at the time and really helped.

CHRISSYG glad to hear DD is getting on well with her meds, fingers crossed for her.

Peppapig your tree and cabinet are lovely! Such great work on the cabinet, I love the idea of upcycling and want to do a lot of that when we move.

murie sorry to hear your DH is having a hard time just before leaving his job, not really how you want to leave things but at least he is getting away from it and starting afresh. With you talking about giving his boss a piece of your mind I am imagining you as Miss Piggy in the Muppets Christmas Carol when she's going to 'raise him right off the pavement!' :p

whitesatin i'm glad to hear you had a good time at the Christmas markets in Lille. Your poor DD with mastitis, I had that and it's not pleasant at all. I hope she recovers quickly. I hope you feel better soon too.

    3forholidays yay for your win!

vulpix oh no I hope you were ok after your fall. And what a shame to smash your terrarium after having it that long! Although that whole incident could have been much worse so it's good that your weren't more hurt.

mrs-moneypenny what a lovely stocking! I love traditional looking ones like that.

Mrs Honey Badger I hope you and your DS feel better soon, how horrible that he passed out.

Clumsy and MoneyMission well done on passing your assignments!

Phew - all done now! :)

Well apart from 2 cards & some gift bags, I'm done. I wrapped everything except ds's mountain of stuff & 2 gifts on route from amazon. So I am feeling much calmer & organized now.

I have a stinking cold but am off to see "It's a wonderful life" at the cinema tonight. Just the thing to get in the christmas spirit.

Hope you are all doing well xx
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Happy Belated Birthday Feisty! Hope the lemon drizzle loaves weren't dry, lemon drizzle is DH favourite cake.

Whitesatin and quidsy- hope the cold doesn't drag you down too much.

04624181- fingers crossed Father Christmas has a kindle with your name on it.

Princesskitty29- erm given how DH's boss behaved yesterday Im inclined to be a little less ladylike than Miss Piggy if ever I see him again! DH is off to the solicitors this morning so once that is done and dusted the legalities will be over and his boss wont mess him around. Fingers crossed. No I didn't hurt myself when I fell - just dented my pride and my b*m a little !

Free- how are you and yours doing? Hope you are all in better health x

Everyone else - I hope those of you that are poorly get better soon and that any illnesses don't get in the way too much of any festivities planned x

this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk

Thanks for the birthday wishes Freespirit! Had a great day and got lots of presents and cards. You can indulge in a bit of virtual :bdaycake: if you want!
