  • vulpix thanks for your suggestions, we went to Buxton and the park was lovely, luckily Wiggle was having a nap so we could relax and enjoy it a bit.

freespirit well done on plucking up the courage to ring BG, I hope they're in and out doing the work!

    Welcome pookie!

DH is relieved as I haven't bought any more Christmas presents in the last couple of days! I did go into Wilko's though and they had a large selection of gifts and Christmas chocolate out.

I'm shattered today, I was up about 7 times in the night with Wiggle and up for the day at 5:15. He just constantly keeps moving around in his cot, he gets himself into positions that he can't get out of and we keep having to get up to sort it out. I'm hoping it's just a phase!
  • Sorry I have been MIA for a while. Its been mad busy here, joined a gym, taking kids swimmimng and now I am ill. Being ill is the only thing that has managed to slow me down. Its been one thing after another since the kids went back to school. Both kids had issues with schools so have had to complain to both, yuk!
On a christmas front, I went into HB today and picked up this

It was £1.99! Also got my son a plain blue one. They are the perfect size for rolls of fruit pastilles, mentoes, smarties etc. Going to fill them with sweets instead of a selection box each. Going to do my little sister who is 15 a pink one filled with chewing gum.
Also managed to get my son the catapult pencils from wilkos, sorry cant remember who shared that. They are fantastic! Got an extra set just incase my daughter wants a pack or may give them to my nephew who is 12.
getting very excited now as everybody seems to be bringing their christmas stock out!! YEAH!!!
  • I found this shower curtain whilst browsing Amazon for new bathroom curtains. I'd buy it except that I have a shower stall that doesn't require a curtain.

I got extra Trolls and enough bathroom and kitchen cleaner andbleach to now last until the end of Jan, i also got the chocolate coins for thestockings in HB so a few things to cross off in my planner. • Spring dreams I love the shower curtains! I'd really like to get one for my bathroom, will need to look into it.

Free spirit ah glad he was gone quickly!

I'm really enjoying hearing about everyone's Christmas buys and spots. It's getting exciting now. I was thinking the other day that I can't believe I've been on the different variations of this thread for 4 years and about to go into the 5th year! Does anyone remember the original 'Let it Snow' thread? That was in 2012! People have come and gone over the years but this thread has stayed just as strong and I hope it continues for years to come! This may sound a bit sad but I'd be a bit lost without my Christmas thread fix!
