Hex - forgot to say thank you for all your fruit tips for the Nutribullet. I would never have thought about buying the tinned mango pur!e in a thousand years. Genius!!!
Needless to say I haven't weighed myself today. I daren't.:o I know that I have been on a downward spiral this last couple of weeks, so there's no point in torturing myself.
Yes I will give Wilkos a whirl, they are good. I saw lots of nice lights in Dunhelm yesterday.0 -

I'd be really interested to know more about how you get on with this as it's something I want to do too.
Thanks for all your replies about the nutribullet. Decided if I can make £100 selling on ebay I will treat myself to one. Otherwise I could ask for one for my birthday (although my husband just reminded me I once said if ever he bought me a kitchen appliance for my birthday I would hit him with it)

Good Evening Fabbers,
I done my usual fabbing this morning. There is a huge difference in all my areas that get body buttered, the same applies to my hands.
I returned four items of clothing today as they were not a good fit and i picked up some other ones. I won't be trying them on just yet as i am a tad tired.

Welcome to the thread mim
Sweetcheeks - good luck to your OH on Monday and I am sorry for your loss
LL - I hope you are feeling better
Maman - I have an atomiser on my watch list on eBay, it's only £1.49.
I haven't been online for a few days as have been broken. I did my Metafit class Wednesday morning (focused on core, completely fatigued those muscles) and then physio in the evening. We stretched my hip flexors because I said I was turning my legs in from the hips. Fast forward to Thursday night and I barely slept because I couldn't straighten the hip/pelvis angle. I wasn't sure I would be able to get out of bed yesterday but I did, tried to loosen up with a swim didn't really help. I was walking bent over and it's only now this evening after a fair bit of walking today that I'm starting to feel OK!
Going out for lunch with OH's parents tomorrow (to discuss "the move") so will dress up for that.0 -
Where do people buy good fitting jeans?
I caught some too big, quite scruffy "only to be worn at home" jeans on the catch on my table and they've a hole.
So, regrettably, i have to buy new jeans
I'd like some that flatter, not stupid prices, but better fitting than supermarket ones. I have a slight pearshaped but more boyish figure.
all suggestions gratefully received.I wanna be in the room where it happens0 -
Hello all,
LL good news on the flats... Hope what you want comes up it sounds perfect. In the city enough but disguised as almost more green belt. Fingers crossed.
Durham well done on your dancing and uber fabbing outfit.. Hope you have a great time today/night. Certainly sounds like you have a great time
No fabbing today tired and at work although no fear LL the perfume was still sprayedalso blow dried hair so I suppose I did do some fabbing.
When out to m&s to get nice dinner for tonight and popped into next as had voucher. Picked up a plain black dress for funeral. ( thank you for kind thoughts) it's at the end of the week so oh will have been home for a few days by the time I go home for it but I'm still worried about it. I'm sure all will be well... We are never happy unless we have something to fret over - at least I'm not it seems..
On a plus travel agents sent me an email to say only 197 days till our holiday0 -
Vj's mum- I have two pair on skinny jeans from n£xt that I like. Equally I have a pair from primark that are uber skinny from Premark with little zips at bottom of ankles. I never seem to get a good fit from ne@ lo£k. I have same kind of shape ... In my experience its a lot of painful trying on I'm afraid0

I have been saying for years I have no clothes yet have managed to put over 100 items to charity, have a huge pile to sell, have about another 100+ I'm hoping to fit in to rotate in to my capsule at some point and have the 29 that I actually wear and like (I'm not including footwear, accessories or shoes in my capsule at this point but am clearing them out). I can't believe how well it has gone! I'm going to set myself rules as I go along as I think it's individual to each person. http://theproject333.com/about/ and www.un-fancy.com are the two sites that helped me most.0 -
LL, try BHS for your chandelier - we saw some gorgeous ones last weekend. DH wasn't keen as we want new lights for the hall stairs & landing, so chandeliers aren't in keeping with the style we want2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Thanks Floss, will give BHS a whirl.
Had another nice long sleep and am having a nice leisurely day so far. Have given myself a manicure this morning, going to repot some houseplants, obviously should have done that before the manicure - duh :rotfl:
Ah well at least my nails are a nice length and shape now, it will be easy enough to clean them afterwards.
Other than that no real plans today, a bit of pottering, cook a nice dinner, a little walk. I ought to be making a start on the study but not in the mood....Mañana. Or as OH used to say "Mañana MAybe".
Am missing him today. Hey ho.
